The "Best"! Always on time. Knew what they were doing. Explained each step. Very polite and patient. Never had to return for the same job. Done correctly the first time. Office staff and worker's a pleasure to work wirh. Would recommend to anyone and use for any future project.

Chap just installed central air conditioning in our hours. Our experience with them was great. From our first meeting with Randy and our correspondence with Barbara in the office, we had only positive meetings. We were undecided after Covid started if we were going to proceed with the project and they worked through this with us. They got the permits and never pressured us. Once we decided to move forward with the project they fit us into their schedule and held exactly to it. We will definitely be using Chap again and would highly recommend them.

I couldn't have been happier with Chap Construction when I had my house raised. They completed their work faster than estimated. Every one of their employees were extremely helpful. I wish I had the ability to give them a SIX star rating!
