Five stars would be for my bath gold tiles beautiful wonderful.. and my three sinks and lovely old fashioned pull toilet cistern with toilets and bidets ...with all this we purchased " nickel" taps shower head they are awful ..I would never recommend ever..from day one they marked toothpaste soap splashes from shampoo etc everything you use in the bathroom , hopeless utterly not appropriate for the bathroom environment...I was advised to use car polish on them ...After extreme elbow action they would look better for all of a minute even water marks them .My bath tap shower head combo has broken the plugs have all had to be repaired...horrendous where as my taps from years and years ago look just as good and work just as efficiently as they did the decades previously they were put in... so so disappointed with the nickel range ..I would have used the company again for our other projects but I could not justify...when all the nickel products have been such an utter disaster.

I have recently had my bathroom re- fitted with chadder & co Am very pleased with the result , excellent service & good quality products Nothing was to much trouble , everything went very smoothly & would certainly Use them for future projects

Monaco Interiors used Chadder & Co to supply two baths and two basins for a project that completed in April, I have to say the service was fantastic and I wanted to go out of my way and leave some feedback. I will be collaborating with them in this years Christmas Ideal Home Show Roomset. Quality - The overall quality is superb, incredible craftsmanship Service - I have to pass my praises back to the team they go above and beyond to meet your bespoke requirements, just the type of service we need in this industry! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.Prior to purchase Sam answered emails extremely promptly, was willing to negotiate and found the product I had wanted for a good price. My husband and I were dealt with very courteously when visiting the well laid out showroom in Grinstead. I had viewed copper baths in other shops such as Drummonds but Chadders was by far the best quality and excellent value. I love my deep luxurious copper bath and friends all say it has given our house the wow factor!

We purchased an external shower control and rose in nickel and it is is superb and my wife is very excited about it. It is beautifully constructed and we will be fitting it shortly. I was impressed by your (Sam's) initial email response late in the evening and I enjoyed talking to Martin about his experiences and particularly about your competitor Catchpole and Rye. The shower unit arrived very quickly indeed and was superbly packaged. We are upgrading a listed cottage in Aberdeenshire opposite Balmoral and the bathroom downstairs will have a carved throne over the toilet and wood panelling on three walls and hemp mortar on the 4th wall. I am doing most of the work myself and saving a small fortune. As an ex dairy farmer, one can soon learn most skills although the modern extension to be linked to the cottage will need more professional input next year.

What a wonderful, professional company. We have heard of Chadder & Co. for many years and many of our friends have used and recommended this company, so when we finally had the opportunity to renovate our bathroom we didn't think of anywhere else to go. We travelled down to the Chadder & Co. Sussex showroom and were welcomed with coffee and lunch. Martin Chadder and his son Sam Chadder we so knowledgeable and we chose our dream bathroom and down stairs cloakroom with ease. All of our products were delivered to us on time and in perfect working order. A truly 5 star company with the finest of quality products. Highly recommend.
