Georgio Home handled our new construction. Robert and his team made an overwhelming and daunting process very manageable. All of his subcontractors were skilled, hardworking, professional and trustworthy. His office has a good working relationship with the town of Harrison and handled all of the necessary permits and inspections throughout the project. At the beginning of the project, Robert provided us with a list of deadlines (when he'd need tile selections, paint colors, etc), which provided us with a roadmap and helped to keep us all on schedule. When asked, Robert gave us great recommendations for people to contact for appliances, tiles, marble, etc. Robert, the people in his office, and his subcontractors were extremely responsive throughout the project. And people often said that once the contractor leaves after the project is complete, it's impossible to get them back to take care of all of the items on the "punch list." This was not the case with Robert's team. They followed up until our punch list was taken care of, and Robert was back a year later, once the house had settled, to make sure there were no issues. And our project was completed on schedule...it took about a year. I would recommend Georgio Home without hesitation.

We have had the great pleasure of working with Patty Georgio from Patty Georgio Designs. She is truly a joy to work with and a very talented interior designer with a keen sense of style. It is so satisfying to walk into our house every day and feel like the space that Patty created truly reflects our personalities and the vision we had when designing our dream home. Patty was instrumental in designing every aspect of our home. She guided us from the very beginning stages of construction to today where we are still putting on the finishing touches. Patty was responsible for all bathroom designs, kitchen design, custom built-ins, choosing color palates and furnishing our entire house. Her design choices are both beautiful and functional. She has the ability to see an empty space and know exactly what it needs. She was able to keep us within our budget and always presented us with a variety of options. Patty was incredibly patient with us in regards to finding time to meet, making decisions, and overseeing all deliveries, installations and any returns that needed to be made. We honestly could not have done it without her expertise, hard work and professionalism. She really made this process seamless especially when we didn’t have the time to do it on our own. I would highly recommend working with Patty on any project as she is really aware of what is currently trending and has a great sense of style that allows her to effortlessly create an amazing space.

My husband and I recently bought an older home that needed updating. We hired Georgio Home to renovate a bathroom and re-decorate the entire house. The bathroom construction was completed on-time and on-budget and came out beautifully. Patricia and Jillian are a pleasure to work with and have done an amazing job with the interior design for each room. They each have a “great eye” and are detail-oriented. They have impeccable taste and successfully transformed our home from a traditional-style into a transitional décor that we love. We receive endless compliments from everyone who visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Georgio Home to anyone!

Robert Georgio and everyone at Georgio Home was amazing to work with. During our home renovation project, they provided us accurate and realistic deadlines and project insights. We were always kept in the loop, which put our minds at ease throughout. Robert Georgio made great and cost efficient recommendations to ensure that final outcome was what we had intended to be. Our home renovation took a total of 6 months, and it was amazing to see the home transform into what it is now. Would highly recommend Georgio Home to anyone looking to do a project like this.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home, which was in need of a complete renovation. We had a fantastic time working with Georgio Home throughout this process. The team created a wonderful floor plan, which maximizes our space and is also extremely functional. Additionally, the team assembled beautiful combinations of tiles and appliances for our kitchen, mudroom and two bathrooms. The team was extremely knowledgeable and always presented us with options that fit our desired aesthetics as well as our budget. The quality of the work is flawless, with extreme attention to detail, and we have received countless compliments on every aspect of our home. Georgio Home was able to meet our budget and timeline, all while being incredibly enjoyable to work with. I recommend them highly for any type of renovation.

I hired Georgio Home to renovate our master suite. I found working with Patricia a complete pleasure. She is professional and extremely creative. While a renovation to an existing home could be disruptive, the work proceeded smoothly and finished ahead of schedule. We subsequently hired Georgio Home to redecorate our living room and dining room, and we're equally pleased with the results. My husband and I are thrilled with the finished product!

Georgio Home designed, constructed and installed our new kitchen in early 2014. We had an excellent experience. The group was professional, responsive, thorough, detail oriented, and flexible. We felt our ideas and priorities were considered, incorporated in the plans, and delivered in the final product. We were never pushed to do anything design or price wise that we didn't want to do. The team had good ideas and was able to develop creative solutions to some unique design and layout challenges (due to the floor plan of our home.)

After interviewing several high end kitchen designers we went with Georgio home and specifically Martin Tratt to design our kitchen which included a complete overhaul including an entirely new architectural layout. We went with Martin after he went above and beyond to provide us with a unique and exceptional layout plans prior to even committing to his services. Martin is talented and passionate about his work and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He made himself totally available to us and was always thoughtful about our ideas and concerns and quickly able to incorporate them into a kitchen that we were thrilled to install. The main complaint would the the actual execution was outside of martins control and we had some issues with the actual speed and timing of installation and the follow through on a high end completion and attention to detail which was more an issue with Georgio home . But still we would highly highly recommend. Martin for his keen eye, talent and enthusiasm.

Martin Tratt was the reason I chose to use Georgio Home for my kitchen renovation. The quality of products speak for themselves but Martin's professionalism, knowledge of the industry, attention to detail, and incredible design sense is what sold me on this company. Martin is a perfectionist and works diligently to meet the ever-changing demands of a renovation. I acted as the GC for our renovation and Martin proved to be a great support, he was accessible and provided helpful insights when needed. From the cabinet installation to the painting, his team was thorough and professional. Anytime a renovation is undertaken, the process can be overwhelming, however with Martin's experience and knowledge of the industry, navigating any unforeseen circumstances was made easier. We love our new kitchen!!!
