Not only did Cesar find us the perfect house but he left nothing for us to do. He handled everything perfectly and got us in our beautiful home in a timely manner. No surprises no unforeseen expenses. In fact the sellers realtor ended up doing nothing and expected Cesar to do all the work. Well not only did he finish everything he did it smiling and with such pride. We heard the awful realtor story from the seller, not Cesar. He is to respectful to talk bad. A good man a good company and very satisfied clients.

Cesar helped us sell our house fast and the process was smooth. He's very reliable, professional and always answers our questions in a timely manner. We were moving out of state and had so much on our minds already. He really did everything for us. We couldn't have asked for more. The closing took place when we had already relocated so he had a mobile notary come to our home to sign the documents. Easy peasy!

Cesar Amezcua is the best realtor we've used. His understanding of the home selling process allowed us to get the most out of our home in a relatively short amount of time. I highly recommend Cesar and his team at CA and Company Realtors.

I have always had a negative perception from realtors...like the sleazy car salesman nobody wants to deal with. Then I ran onto Cesar! He is amazing, professional, friendly, flexible, supportive, an excellent communicator, and much more! He’s there for the long haul-he didn’t disappear when our home closed. We get holiday greetings, reminders for time to file homestead exemption paperwork, referrals for contractors whose work he has seen and had positive experiences. He does customer appreciation events a couple of times a year where all can have a great time, family friendly, and raise money for a worthwhile cause at the same time. I can’t count the times I’ve given his name and number as a top notch referral for people needing a realtor. I just can’t say enough good about this pro, and we WILL be using him again for our next home purchase!

Cesar helped us with the purchase of our home in San Antonio. Cesar was extremely helpful, offering us the opportunity to search for homes throughout the city.
