CDL was founded in 2002 by Conrad Lowry, informed by a passion for design that delivers comfort in well planned and exquisitely detailed homes.
Since then, CDL has delivered dream homes with projects ranging from new builds to renovations, encompassing complete refurbishments. Conrad's hallmark is that the designs encompass all the elements of the build, from external to kitchens, bathrooms, room wardrobes and joinery throughout the home.
Aside from a keen eye for design and originality, he understands the complexities any home build project brings, and has extensive experience in putting the client’s wants and needs front and centre, whilst balancing the complexities with the inevitable time and cost pressures of a project.
Conrad is the first person to talk to and will be the last to leave the site on completion of the home, keeping the client involved and informed throughout to ensure the best outcome. Simply put, Conrad pours his heart and soul into every project.
