I had CC in twice on our remodel project to run wires, install speakers and mount my TV. They did excellent work and bundled everything cleanly. There now just two bundles of wires running into the back of my TV and the whole installation is clean and professional.

I could go into a lot of detail about all of the issues I’ve had with this company, but suffice it to say “Buyer Beware.” I purchased a $9,000 TV and Audio package from them and have experienced numerous problems. Their service after the sale has basically been limited to telling me to go online or call others for help to learn their business. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for. They rate a “Very, Very Poor” on my contractor rating scale.

Unfortunately, Mr. Platts Samsung TV developed problems after the return window set by Samsung closed. Pre Samsungs mandated policies for repairs or replacement; the process starts with contacting Samsung to schedule a warranty service call. This process set by Samsung would be the same if he purchased the TV from a big box store or a small business such as CCHT. We offered to help guild him through the warranty process, but this was not enough. We wish we could have been more helpful.
