Approach We believe that clear channels of communication between client and contractor are vital to a project’s success and client satisfaction. CC Construction assign an experienced project manger to each job, from site set-up to handover. That project manager will ensure that the client is kept up to date with the progress of the building programme and that workmen, subcontractors and consultants provide the most efficient service throughout. We look to both our project and site managers to identify and overcome challenges affecting a project and to come up with elegant and creative solutions. All of our project managers are encouraged to work with the client, to be open-minded, resourceful and imaginative, yet to stay within the budgetary and practical parameters of the particular job. Site meetings are held every week, and every job has a works programme detailing the timeline and critical path to the successful completion of the project.
