Constantin and team were appointed to do a complete refurbishment of the ground floor of our house. From day one we have not been able to fault the team’s work ethic, professionalism and commitment to the job. Cos was always able to come up with a solution to any problem or request that we threw at him and often went the extra mile. Much of the work and attention to detail is the best work you will see in construction and we now have a home that is both beautiful and practical for family life. A no-hesitation recommendation!

We chose Constantin to build our new outbuilding project because he was willing to provide a detailed quotation which was also at the lower end of what builders were quoting for the job. His workmen have a good attention to detail and are able to work without much supervision, producing high quality work and often working long hours. He was also happy to add more work, such as levelling the garden, laying a new lawn and creating a decked space. He was also able to remove an old, poorly fitted door with a new bifold, fitting new steels as needed to the property. I would have no hesitation on engaging his services again for future work.

Having seen CC Builders UK & Developments profile on check a trade and their feature on Grand Designs, I thought it would be worth getting in touch for a quotation for a structural opening, bi-fold door fitting and full removal of chimney. Excellent experience from the initial quoting phase through to completion of the build work. Constantin provided a very detailed and structured quotation, which enables us to understand the full costs of the works carried out, including a breakdown labour and materials. This enabled us to plan and budget accordingly. Although we were initially quoted mid-December, the works did not start until February, mostly due to the winter holiday period, however, it was definitely worth the wait in the end. Once I received a start date, the team arrived up and go to work immediately. The team were extremely professional, efficient and got the job done to a high standard in a timely manner. They turned up early on a daily basis and ensured the site was left in an orderly condition before leaving. This was also complimented by Constantin visiting the site on a regular basis to ensure the work was being completed to a high standard and that we were satisfied with the progress. Ultimately, the project was completed comfortably within the time specified. Overall, an all-round great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend CC builders to anyone. I will definitely be getting in touch again once we plan the loft conversion and rear extension. Thank you to CC Builders UK and the team!

This company is very professional in their approach. The owner Constantine has a digital invoice system where he breaks down the quote for materials and labour so one knows exactly what they are paying for. Payments can be made in installments by bank transfer with invoices sent to us in regular intervals. The workmanship is to plan and in compliance with building control. All his staff work hard and complete jobs in a tidy manner. We had out large rear extension, kitchen, new shower and dining room extended and looks wonderful. I definitely recommend A ***

Cos and the CC team were fantastic. Managing and doing a total house renovation from an old Victorian 3-bed to 6-bed HMO with plenty of shared space and a great design which Cos has pragmatically contributed to throughout. His team is great, very professional, polite and committed to a high quality of work. He managed build effectively, through a tough time through Suez-blockages and C19 around materials delivery, getting the build done in good time. They work long days with few breaks and the work is completed to a high standard. At each point you are asked if you are happy with the work and anything that does work or is not to your standard is rectified. At the end of each day the area is cleaned and tidied as much as possible. The company has specialists who are brought in, example plumbers and electricians so that each part of the work is at the highest standard. All workers are polite"
