We can project manage an entire outdoor living job from the drawing of the plans for council permits to the construction including electrical work, painting and brick work to the final clean up. Paul Wilkinson and the small team are experience and qualified carpenters and Paul is an experienced roof plumber.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Emma was prompt and professional in all correspondence. I was provided with a quote within a couple days of seeing the site. The quote was excellent and they provided top quality products. Our composite decking was completed in just over a day and were are absolutely thrilled with how beautiful it looks. Thank you to Castlegate for an excellent service, good quality workmanship and excellent value for money. We would definitely use Castlegate again

Castlegate did a pergola with timber posts and timber rafters. They did a ceiling which was then capped by a colorbond roof. They also did a composite decking. Castlegate paid much attention to detail and took an interest over and above calling. They were easy to deal with. We have no qualms about recommending a compony skilled in their trade and above all showing a remarkable interest and passion in what they do Dorothy and Gamani Ocean Reef

After several quotes for my backyard, I decided to go with Castlegate Home improvements for the great customer services that Emma initially provided. Her attention and follow up was amazing, she even engaged with the Pool Company to make sure the swimming pool level was adequate to have The decking installed appropriately. The process smooth and hassle free, it was supervised by Paul, and Adam the carpenter did a brilliant job. I couldn’t be happier with the final results as it was exactly what I was expecting. Castlegate were very professional to deal with from start to finish of our project. The detailed quote and explanation of works gave us the confidence to progress over others who quoted. There attention to detail and workmanship could not be faulted. Discussions took place with regard any variances to the quote prior to proceeding. This was the creation of a completely new balcony at prescribed height following removal of existing wooden balcony. As the height levels were different it involved a lot of patching where the old balcony had been removed. I don't think that Paul, Emma and Adam the joiner could have done a more professional job. Paul was also excellent at discussing the aesthetics of the final design, which was a combination of stainless steel wires supported by wooden posts. We're extremely satisfied with the final result and couldn't recommend Castlegate more highly.
