We were looking for a builder to build our dream house. After numerous searches we decided to put our dream home project in the hands of castle builders. We chose him for his upfront and timely honesty towards the project. Unlike others he told me to think about everything I wanted in my house ahead of time so he could price the project correctly and that we would not have any surprises. Of course we had some surprises, not due to the builder, but nature. Vip always tried to point us in the right direction when he thought we needed to guided, but never to the point that he was over bearing and rude. "We fall in love with our new home every day! We noticed that Castle Bldrs signs were on the nicest homes in the neighborhood we were considering building. We checked with a friend who is a banker who has dealt with dozens of custom builders in Chicago and Castle Bldrs was at the top of his list. Castle Bldrs helped us shop for land and get a great deal on it. Once the land was acquired we went through 3 types of layouts ¬a ranch, a traditional 2-story, and we finally decided on a 2-story with a first floor master bedroom. We spent hundreds of hours with them making sure we were going down the right path with our dream house and it didn't cost us a penny. We would never have imagined the type of service and dedication they gave to our home. And the ideas kept coming even after we broke ground and those are the biggest highlights of the home ¬like the barrel foyer with recessed lighting and the diamond shaped beam ceiling in the great room!
