Sales and installation were outstanding! Owner (George) of Select Floors was impeccable in handling my entire house project. Both hardwoods and carpet installed. Installation crews were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful in “selecting”the best product suited for both my budget and style. I’m a customer for life. After 20+ years the hardwood floors in our home were beginning to show some signs of wear so we contracted with SelectFloors of Roswell to refurbish our floors while we were on vacation. Upon returning from vacation, we noticed that a few spots were missed and some touch ups were needed to complete the work. After only two years of wear, the finish in an approximately five square foot area in our kitchen was completely worn off. We contacted SelectFloors and was advised that their one year warranty had expired and disappointed to learn that they would not accept responsibility for correcting the very apparent defective work. Buyers beware of this company for refinishing hardwood floors if you expect more than two years worth of service out of your floor refinishing job.

Select Floors in Roswell recently completed 2 projects for us - refinishing our hardwood floors and recarpeting our 2nd floor including front and back stairwells. Cassie at Select was very attentive to our project from the first moment in their store to some callback work needed on the front stairwell after the project was completed. The projects were completed in the time frame promised and I actually came in under our set budget for our flooring. Alin was their contractor who refinished our floors and they look terrific! Ayman and team replaced the carpet and their work is top notch. The selection of products at Select Floors was great and their pricing was very competitive. I would certainly recommend putting Select on your short list of companies to consider for flooring projects and we will definitely choose Select again for our downstairs carpet replacement next year.

Extremely impressed with the job Select Floors of Roswell did for us. George was very professional and he and his staff, especially Cassie, were willing to help with anything. We had other quotes but selected his company because he was very direct, knowledgable and did not try to upsale us. They removed all the furniture. Then, unfinished hardwoods were installed in our dining room and great room with great care and perfection, the existing hardwoods in our kitchen, foyer, and hallway were sanded then stained and three coats polyurethane was applied to new and existing hardwood floors. Three weeks later, they installed new carpet in our bedrooms. The installers were extremely careful with our furniture and our new hardwoods. George and his crew would be happy to hear some of the comments from our family and friend......"beautiful, gorgeous, love them, wow..they look so good".
