Best firm I have dealt with in years.the 2 Scott's in the firm know their jobs well.quick to get delivery.the delivery guy Joe is x true asset to the firm.will be over in a few weeks to buy bathroo fittings. Charles.

Don't stand by the products they sell. We spent over $10k with them and had 2 minor warranty issues and they tried everything to avoid warranty replacement. They would say the there couldn't possibly be a fault with the items or that the product must have been installed incorrectly. I ended up needing to say that the plumber has over 30 years of experience and so if he's saying the product is faulty and refusing to instal it, then we have to take that on. Bear in mind no one from Cass Brothers had inspected the product - they had zero evidence to base their challenges on. Very disappointing service and possibly in contravention to national consumer rights.

Excellent job done in a timely manner . Wonderful people from reception to trades people . Great advice given . Came in on the weekend and finished the work . Just wonderful people . Really impressed with the efficiency. Highly recommended. Give good advice. I will only use them again . This is the first time I used them . I was impressed. That I will only try them before others . Hassle free . No fuss .No hidden costs .

Class Brother provides physical access to more bathroom fittings and fixtures than any other place I have visited in Sydney. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. They are willing to give personal service and access to information of outside firms if they don't have what you want. I really liked being able to sit in the baths in the showroom, sit on the toilets, turn on all the shower heads to see water flow etc. I would highly recommend Cass Brothers as a one-stop bathroom fitting shop.
