I had the opportunity to work with Tony, owner of Carter Hardware, for the first time earlier this year. After being disappointed with the lack of selection and service in other showrooms, I was referred to him by a colleague who spoke highly of his company, which has been in his family for multiple generations. I am most impressed by Tony's encyclopedic knowledge of fixtures and fittings. He was instrumental in recommending the best bathroom fixtures based on our design and budget. He also found the perfect sink for us after many futile attempts on my part.
