I purchased flooring from Your Floors, Fredericksburg, VA for my second time within the past 2 1/2 years. I have to say the first time they did a great job. And actually this second time around they exceeded my expectations. I can say this is a great company to work with if you are in the market for new flooring. The first time I purchased luxury vinyl plank, the second time I purchased engineered hardwood. I will be making another purchase for carpeting for our living room from them soon. I would like to thank Scott Busby the Sales Technician for his expertise and making it easy to work with on my decision. Also, the installation technicians Hector and AC, these guys are masters at their craft I'm amazed at the work they did and these guys are very professional too. O'Briens Carpet installed the carpet at our rental in August 2022. This is the third time we have used them for our properties and we are really pleased with their selection, salesman Craig, and the scheduling & installation teams. Once the carpet is selected, the rest is easy as it is up to them and they do a very professional job!

I have an interior design business in Fort Collins and have been here since 2000. I have worked with Dale's Carpet One on 3 different projects. There were issues each time but they took care of them until the last project I worked on. The client had used Dale's for previous work in the house and was satisfied. We did a kitchen remodel and decided to go with Dale's because we thought we could trust them. They sent the wrong counter and the wrong backsplash. We had to wait for the correct items to come in. When they installed the Wilsonart counter it was supposed to look like granite. When they were done you could see the seems at the counter edge and all of the corners. It was supposed to look seamless with a rolled or rounded edge. There was white showing at all of the seams. They said it was just because we had picked a dark color. I have never seen such poor workmanship or had a company refuse to correct their installation error or make it look like the samples they had provided. They put a large dent in the new refrigerator when installing the counter and refused to take care of it. There were no other subcontractors in the house. It was the worst experience I have had as a designer and the first and only client I have had that was unhappy with the workmanship. Dale's did nothing to make the situation right.

We had some problems with installation of our floors, and alot of back and forth arguing about how the trim was done. I would recommend, but also ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS prior to. I didn't know what I didn't know and they assumed I knew about things like "quarter rounds" etc. Also the quality of the carpet they laid is sub-par and I was assured, despite my limited budget that it would be long lasting.
