Stayed on task and completed project on time with a tight deadline.

We are very happy with the carpet that we ordered fro.m Carpet One. Though it did take longer than we had planned and there was some confusion with our order. The Sales Rep, Russell was very nice and showed us many options. The delivery was much anticipated and was a great experience thanks to the help offered by Billy. THEY DID ORDER THE WRONG COLOR WOOD FOR THE FLOORS BUT GRACIOUSLY REPLACED IT IN A TIMELY MANOR. THEY WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL. I PLAN ON HAVING THEM DO MORE FLOORS IN MY HOUSE.

Excellent service. We were working on a very tight deadline and we ordered the product and had it installed within three weeks. The overall finish is perfect and brings the whole kitchen together. Installation and product were a little pricey but was worth the extra money. My only complaint was they tried to get more money after the contract was signed and the product was installed because there was unforeseen work but they were at my house twice before installation to inspect the surface.

Great to work with and follow through was timely and accurate. Price was great and quality even better. Definitely recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of both the product and service that we received from Carpet One. Originally, we went to a what we thought would be a less-expensive carpet supplier. After only 18 months, the carpet supplied by this discounter was complete shot and needed to be replaced throughout our 11,000 sf boutique hotel. Carpet One came in, gave us a terrific estimate, guided us in selecting the best carpet for our traffic area and needs and installed it throughout the building. And the installation only two about 2 days...without disturbing any of our guests!! We actually went back to them to supply our flooring for our newly install gym. Carpet One is the only place to turn for any of our floor needs and we're so happy that we found them!!

Had a very positive experience, the carpet runner is of good quality and was installed beautifully. All of the people I worked with were polite, friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

We were renewing our familyroom, stairs and upper hallway carpet after 15 years. The room was empty, and the carpet went down well, but it has already, just after 1 year, begun to fray at the porch door. The installation fell short on that point. For the stairs, and the upper hallway: they seamed the carpet right in the middle of the hallway run. It took 6 weeks for discussion to get CarpetONE back to reinstall the hallway. They also needed to return to re-do the linen closet floor because the carpet was cut too small for the closet and the subfloor showed around the edges. I will NEVER go back to CarpetONE in Latham, NY.

We remodeled our kitchen and opted for sheet vinyl flooring. The sales representative was knowledgeable of the product we currently had, which had shrunk and pulled away from the wall after 20+ years. He showed us all their products and made recommendations based on our concerns about it happening again. The product we chose was considerably thicker, and guaranteed not to rip, tear or shrink. He had several samples we could take home to decide on color, pattern, etc. The gentleman who installed it prepped the floor nicely, and filled in a few spots on the subfloor to make it smooth. He was a very professional installer, and the job came out beautifully. He even helped me get the appliances back in place with no issues. I would definitely use their services again.

We recently remodeled an enclosed, unheated back porch. The staff from Carpet One, from the initial sales contact thru installation of our floating tile floor were outstanding. They identified several solutions that would work and identified those that wouldn't. Our install was faultless, accomplished on schedule and within our budget, I highly recommend Carpet One to any customer seeking a solution to their flooring needs.
