Once again, Carolyn exceeded our expectations for our master bathroom remodel! The project involved a great deal of details and Carolyn was super about covering each and every aspect. Even though the space was gutted, we basically kept the major fixtures in the same place but wanted an updated and more efficient use of space. Carolyn's design totally achieved those goals and we ended up with a stunning new space. As always, Carolyn went the extra mile for us throughout the project and the results really show.

We used Sea Pointe five years ago to remodel our bathrooms. Now, we had a much bigger challenge: we wanted to bring our 1974 kitchen into the 21st century. We had a vision, but no idea how to make it real. We approached Sea Pointe again as one of the several potential contractors we asked for a proposal. The qualified bids were within a few thousand dollars of each other. That’s only one of the many reasons we chose to work with Carolyn Hall and Sea Pointe. Carolyn took our vision and made it happen. She listened to our needs and wants and guided us through the process. Her skills as a designer and experience with customers helped her to gently keep us on track to make our vision a reality. She was a partner in every way. The project came in on time and on budget. Any potential issues were brought to our attention immediately. When the countertop we had selected suddenly was discontinued, Carolyn drove all over OC to find samples of replacements, brought them by our house, then walked us through the choices. As a result of her diligence, there was no delay. This was a large project, with quite a bit of construction, new electrical and more. We couldn’t be more pleased with Sea Pointe. Carolyn is a tremendously talented and exceedingly professional construction designer. She excelled in listening and in communicating with us. She guided us throughout, and frankly, we were amazed that we weren't overwhelmed with the decisions that were necessary for whole-house remodeling project. The project was only made manageable by her good sense of timing, her keen eye for design and her many, many unimpeachable recommendations. Would I recommend Carolyn? Absolutely, unconditionally and without hesitation!

Carolyn is fabulous! She listens and designs to make the customer happy. They have detailed drawings and are specific about the work being done. All work was completed on time and they tried to minimize the mess and inconvenience. Carolyn has great taste - she can design beautiful bathrooms that are functional at the same time. She did a terrific job and I recommend her highly.

Carolyn Hall at SeaPointe Construction did a fabulous job for us on our kitchen remodel. She spent ample time with us discussing our wants and needs, then made suggestions to design the kitchen of our dreams. Carolyn got to know our likes and tastes, so when it came so time to select materials such as cabinets, flooring and countertops, she was extremely helpful in showing and suggesting things that suited us. We could not be happier with the selections and outcome. I loved working with Carolyn and the team at Sea Pointe. The things that happened to slow the project were normal things that delay any big project. But they stuck on top of it and when things were delayed on one part, they did small other things to keep it going - which was fantastic. Plus, they got it done on budget. I was out of town for some of the time and Carolyn stopped by to check up and make changes when needed. I love my kitchen. It's exactly what I wanted and really reflects my style. Carolyn is energetic and knowledgeable. She worked hard to help me re-do my kitchen, especially the cabinets and drawers. She had great ideas about how I could change the look and workability of my kitchen.
