We are an independent interior design company founded in 2004 and have 25 years of experience as a professional interior designer. We have worked very closely with clients, their individual homes, and aim to fit with their lifestyle and taste. More recently we have become increasingly successful with home staging and are now specializing in that. The transformations are incredible, not only do properties sell quicker but also sometimes for up to 10% more than the original valuation. we like to think we go the extra mile and offer clients a service to create great looking spaces and ease the pressure for people who can’t make decisions or visualise or indeed have the time.. Attending, Art College after a very strict girls school is the inspiration behind my passion for three dimensional design, textiles and all things beautiful!! I furthered my career working in bathrooms, kitchens and interiors before setting up my own business which allowed me freedom when sourcing products for clients . I love the diversity of both people I work with and the properties I am fortunate enough to work in. Architecture is so inspiring to me and often best interior features are simply overlooked by clients. Over the years the home needs change ane evolve which makes it so interesting to make changes to suit that family and inspire them to see changes that are availble to them within their own buiding. Caroline helped us with designing a refurbishment of my mother’s home which was especially difficult as we live in Scotland and the house is in Kent. Caroline has great ideas, narrowed choices right down for us which was just what we needed, made lovely color choices and gave good practical advice. She kept everybody focused and aware of deadlines. She was pleasant, fun and for me has become a friend

In a difficult market I was struggling to sell my house. Caroline came in and completely transformed the property. With her incredible style and flair the house looked completely different. Modern, chic and so welcoming! Suddenly the viewings increased massively. Everyone loved the look she had created. I was getting offers to buy and now my house has sold! Without Caroline’s help and complete transformation I’m absolutely sure the house would not of sold. She has a real eye for seeing a property’s potential and has a talent for showcasing its beauty. I would thoroughly recommend her as my experience was so positive. Thanks again Caroline.

We were about to embark on a total kitchen and breakfast room rebuild. We asked Caroline from Style My Home to offer ideas to us. Her suggestion of removing the kitchen ceiling and opening up the loft space with Velux windows totally transformed the space for us. She also suggested we should engage a lighting designer (with whom she put us in touch) and his work in both rooms added to an already impressive living area. At the end of the project she assisted with the choice of blinds and soft furnishings to add the final touches to the project. Throughout she was innovative, thoughtful and open to discussions - offering ideas without pushing them too hard and always in sympathy with how we wanted to use the kitchen.

Caroline at Style my home completed the full interior design of my contemporary new build including decorations, furnishings, fabrics, curtains and blinds. Caroline took on my rough ideas and my overall concept for how the house should look to produce both a practical and stunning interior design of the house. In addition to the design Caroline project managed my decorations by sourcing tradesmen and making sure they completed tasks effectively and to a high standard, She ordered items of furniture and arranged delivery ensuring that I could move into a house that has a real wow factor throughout. I cannot praise Style My Home highly enough for every meticulous step of the process from initial design, through implementation to final delivery. Every rough idea that I had Caroline developed the concept to produce a result that was far better than I could ever imagine. I am indeed a very satisfied customer.

Caroline managed the complete renovation of a friend's house. I was so impressed with the finished result that, when I moved home earlier this year, I asked if she would give me some ideas, although I live quite a distance from Tunbridge Wells. I was delighted when she agreed. First, Caroline visited my former house, to get a feel for my style and my likes and dislikes. She then came with me to view my new property, before I moved in, and we talked through the possibilities. After another visit the week the week I moved in, she presented me with mood boards, which I absolutely loved and was so excited about. I was and still am thrilled with her suggestions – as someone who usually goes for the safe option (neutral cream), she has gently moved me into experimenting with colours whilst retaining the 'essence of me'. Caroline isn't pushy – she wants it to be right for you. She's extremely personable and no question is too silly. She also has excellent contacts and everyone she has recommend, from carpet fitters, to seamstresses, and upholsterers, has been first class. She always seems to 'know someone who can... ' ! I can't thank her enough for what she has done, and continues to do, for me. She has completely alleviated the stress of having to do work to a new house!

When you're developing houses you're so close to the project it's often difficult to take a step back and really see the property through the eyes of a potential buyer. Bringing Caroline in to dress the house was fantastic, she took our blank canvas and showed it off in it's best light, making it feel like a family home with a vast array of touches which you simply wouldn't think about yourself. She really made it look like a different house which was warm, welcoming and ultimately much more sellable. I'd highly recommend Caroline and her team.
