Carolina Rustica

I recently ordered an iron bed from Carolina Rustica. I started by looking at beds at the local home furnishing stores in Santa Fe and found one i liked. They told me it normally sold for $2200, but they had it on sale for $1700. Just for fun, when I got home I Googled the same bed from the same manufacturer and found Carolina Rustica offering it for only $1080 with free shipping. Needless to say, I ordered it. I received it within the time they said I would get it, but when it arrived, there was a slight blemish that looked like a manufacturer's defect, rather than something that happened during shipping. I called customer service on a Saturday and they asked me to send pictures with something for scale. I did and first thing Monday, they called me, said they had talked to the manufacturer and were having touch-up point sent to me along with a refund of $100 for my inconvenience. Wow! Talk about customer service! Not only a great price, but great customer service too. I would shop from them again in a heartbeat!

I ordered a Bernhardt complete bedroom set with Carolina Rustica. As promised it arrived on time and was a complete in home set up/ delivery for no extra charge. Reliable,courteous and friendly sales staff.

I have had the pleasure to buy furniture from Carolina Rustica twice now. Both times, the selection was outstanding, the price very reasonable, and the service exceptional. I appreciate living close enough to the showrooms to see the samples there but have found the website to be easy to navigate with many great offerings.
