Carson Stuckey first started his business in 2000 at the age of 16. He began working mostly as a maintenance company mowing lawns. He was inspired to enter the field after spending summer working with his Grandfather, who owned a hardware store, and shared with him his knowledge of gardening as well as as strong work ethic and business sense. The business has grown gradually over the years, and Carson has received more traning and certifications along the way through the NC State University Cooperative extension program at the Mountain Horticultural Crops Research and Extension Center in Mills River, NC. In 2005 CLM expanded their services and their geographical reach by partnering with other companies such as Modern Turf in Columbia, SC. Partnerships such as these allow them to offer a fully array of design, installation, and renovations. We also provide instillation services such as retaining walls, sidewalks, fire-pits, hard-scaping, and lighting.
