Cape Associates, Inc. was established in 1971 by Lester F. Langhans, Jr. From three employees to more than 100 full-time, year-round employees, from carpenters to tile setters and painters, the company has grown to be one of the largest and most trusted custom builders in the region. Offices are located in Eastham, Chatham and Yarmouthport and proudly serve the communities of the Cape, South Shore, and Islands. The employees of Cape Associates take pride in their work; many have worked here for over ten, fifteen, twenty, and even thirty years!

Summerland Homes & Gardens

As an interior designer at Summerland Homes & Gardens, I work closely with tradespeople, builders and contractors on a regular basis, and Cape Associates is at the top of my list when it comes to professionalism, quality work and communication. Cape Associates hired me to chose all of the finishes and fixtures for a spec house they were building. I worked closely with Matt Cole, and each of the Cape Associate employees that I came in contact with were knowledgable, professional and willing to take the time to speak with me. The project went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. I have since used Cape Associates for a client's project, and they were very happy with the work that Cape Associates did.

Nancy Fairchild

I have used the services if this firm several times, once in an emergency situation. They were most sympathetic with my problem and got us up and running even in their busiest time right before the tourist season. Have had them since then and found them to be very good "cleaner uppers" after a messy job. Perhaps a little pricier than others, but well worth it.

Cape Associates demonstrated the highest level of professionalism when working with ShadeFX on the ‘Orleans Waterfront’ project. The project requirements were detailed meticulously by Cape Associates so that our custom solution could be installed. ShadeFX is looking forward to being part of many more outdoor space projects designed and constructed by Cape Associates.

Cape Associates did an addition for us . You hear so many contractor horror stories these days and our experience was exactly the opposite. From the first meeting on we had a positive experience . We continue our relationship today with Cape Associates ( if something needs fixing ,painting,etc). I can truly say that after 15 years of owning a house on the Cape that working with them has made being a homeowner on the Cape easier. We have not met one unpleasant or unprofessional worker yet. And a special shout out to Michael Cole who was not only a bright ,talented professional who did a great job guiding us but a great guy as well. He was very proud of his son taking over and confident of his ability to lead the company. As usual Mike seems to be right again...

Highest quality of work, great subs, wonderful can-do attitude. I bought a Cape built in the '60s that had been severely neglected even though it has "good bones." Cape Associates helped me completely revive it inside and out. It shines.

As a custom home builder, Cape Associates has consistently demonstrated high quality workmanship and professionalism. To date they have constructed a LEED Gold certified home on Cape Cod for our firm's architecture practice, and our firm's consulting practice has worked with them on numerous energy consulting, mechanical design, and LEED certification projects. We anticipate working again with their firm again in the future.

The Cape Associates crew was replacing a bunch of exterior trim for us. Our wish list exceeded our budget and they were very good about steering us in the right direction about what the most pressing issues were and what could wait another year or two. The communication from the project manager was stellar. We had some roof shingles blow off during a storm while we were away. They got in touch with us to let us know and fixed the problem for us right away. They did stellar work and really took care of us from a customer service perspective. We will definitely work with these guys again.

コメント：what is the stain on the deck? thanksThanks for your inquiry! There is no stain on this deck, it's Ipe decking. Ipe is an exotic hardwood that is naturally resistant to rot and decay, is 8 times harder than California Redwood!
