I needed a quick work for section 8 items that an inspection was to be done in less that a week. Lonny owner of Candor Services was able to get the items done in a very timely manner and some extras. I have used them more than once.

Lonny from Candor Services was brought in to address a few issues which were identified by a home inspector prior to the sale of our home. I found Lonny to be excellent to work with as he assessed the repairs which were needed and he stayed in contact with me daily through completion of the work. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of his work, his sense of urgency to get the work completely quickly, and I feel his pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lonny (Candor) for anyone who is remodeling or needs home repairs.

Lonny and Paul were both great to work with! I needed the bathroom subfloor around my toilet replaced/repaired due to a toilet leak, and they were able to get the job done. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do (even put the toilet back together for me), charged a fair price, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend them and/or hire them again for future repairs/remodeling needs.

Lonnie and his staff at Candor just finished remodeling a room in our basement. We are very pleased! The work is excellent quality and the finish work is amazing. Lonnie listened carefully and made some great suggestions about how to improve on our ideas. He stayed on cost. They were a bit slow getting it done but to be fair, we didn't request a tight turnaround and were not upset about it. I think if we had, they would have finished on time. Love the honesty and quality!

Lonny and his staff at Candor Services LLC were very efficient and respectful. They were friendly and I trusted having them in and working around my house. Lonny was there when I had questions late at night or early in the morning. He was very accommodating and I really appreciated that.

Candor Services, currently being run by Mr. Lindquist, has been working on several projects at my home over the last ten years. Mr. Lindquist is highly skilled, he has great mastery over renovation, remodeling and general maintenance. He is also very honest. He will give you his opinion and will not try to overcharge or take advantage of the fact that you have an emergency and need his help immediately. I rarely have needed anyone in the past ten years to fix anything in my house, Mr. Lindquist is the only one I trust completely!

The service and quality of work was excellent. Lonnie is a pleasure to work with, experienced and fair priced. For us, he did a variety of smaller projects - electrical boxes, dryer venting, install towel bars, and repaired the wall between house and garage.

Removed old carpet/ padding and base boards. Prepped and cleaned the concrete slab. Installed new laminate flooring and re-installed the base boards. Candor Services did an excellent job. My project was a "rush" job, and they didn't laugh at me when I called on a Monday to ask if they could do the work on Wednesday. I really appreciated that. Plus, they actually stopped and picked up the flooring for me. Left the area very clean. I never found any "extra" nails laying around; the area where they "cut" the boards was swept, and they took the old carpet and pad away for disposal. Pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't ask for a better result. Thank you, Candor!!

I have had several projects done including plumbing, electrical, various home improvement projects including tile work, replacing doors, building an oriental tori and many other projects! I have always been very happy with the work and the price. The owner is very honest and trustworthy and prompt in getting the work done and keeps in touch during the projects!! Definitely would recommend and have done so many times! I have had many projects so hard to name a month or year and price has varied
