I'm a subcontractor that installs Concrete Pavers. I have done several jobs for Cameron. He is good at what he does and my experience with his customers have all been pleasant.

As an architect with nearly forty years of experience within Southern California, I have had the privilege of witnessing good and not so good general contractors, and it`s potential impact upon the client. It is with great pleasure to have crossed paths with not only a good builder, but an exception builder and craftsman. One who takes great pride in his work and belief that the clients desires and satisfaction is an extremely important aspect of the business of "home building". In the end, the challenge between an owner and builder is when the keys to the home are handed over, are they friend or foe and was the project a success? In my experience, clients who have chosen Cam as their general contractor are very satisfied with the construction process and yes, remain friends. Would I have Cam build my next home? Of course!

I hired Cameron after interviewing several general contractors. The job was to build a custom house based on a design that was developed with an architect that I hired. This was a very complicated project that included demolition of an existing structure, installation of utilities and significant grading and the construction of a totally custom home. The construction process ran very smoothly. Cameron communicated very clearly and frequently. I felt as though I was part of the process. There have been some minor problems that were addressed very quickly by Cameron and the subcontractors. The followup service has been excellent. The finished product is a very high quality home that I am proud to call my own. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Cameron as a general contractor.

Cam has worked for me on 2 greenfield houses and 1 remodel in the greater San Diego area. Cam was always responsive to my changes during the course of construction and fair with his pricing. All the horror stories you hear regarding contractor client relationships did not exist between Cam and myself. He always had my best interest in mind regarding cost and schedule. Each house was my personal residence both with high end finishes. The remodel was my sons home where we added a new garage on the alley with a companion unit above, and an extensive remodel to the main house. Cam is my go to contractor for any construction project I can dream up.

We used Cam to build a complex house (the architect said that it was the most challenging house that he had ever designed) on a very difficult lot. Cam is not only extremely knowledgeable and competent but also personable and a pleasure to work with. He provided valuable input and many cost cutting suggestions during construction and also before that during the design phase of the project.. He chose very good subcontractors and provided a high level of onsite supervision so as to insure that their work was performed correctly and on time. I know that all of this sounds somewhat like those 'he walks on water' kind of reviews, but the simple fact is that my wife and I would definitely use him again in the event that we were to build again or remodel.
