Excellent product but we won’t use them again. After spending over $2700 on the entire system we Found we we misplaced or were shorted one $13 piece the size of a half dollar and were charged over $40 for shipping. Asked about coating that one piece and were going to be charged over $150! We live in Hawaii but have Items shipped here daily; auto parts, carpets etc and don’t even pay that much for shipping . USPS is $7 to send something priority mail anywhere in the US . Manager was not interested in pleasing this customer. I work for a GC on Maui and will recommend he think twice about using this company. It’s a shame. Read your quote carefully too.
