Nightmare Paid a total of $26,300.00 for “built in” custom, floor to ceiling cabinets. Project started December, 2022 with a down-payment of $13,150.00. Gaping space between cabinet and ceiling. A 32 bottle, built in wine rack crashed with only five bottles in it. Numerous separation points between the cabinet partitions. On 5.8.2023 against my better judgement, paid balance of $13,150.00 off in full. I typically hold back 15% for checklist items but understood this contractor was in need of the money. It is now February 25, 2024, numerous calls and texts, no results. You might be better purchasing pre-assembled cabinets from your neighborhood hardware store. Armand V

We had a good idea of how to refinish our kitchen, or so we thought. Rafal spent a lot of time offering us suggestions to improve everything about what we were initially imaging, from actual cabinet layouts, features, latest trends as well as the many small details you don't normally think about in order to create your dream kitchen. Throughout the project, he was responsive to our asks, and the handful of changes we wanted to make as it got underway. Rafal was always very upfront of the impact, whether in costs, timelines, or potential issues with everything. Finally, he quote was very accurate and he did highlight the areas where their could be variance based on what occurred during the different phases. He is a very humble person who prides himself on making the customer happy throughout the process. We will certainly consider him for a few other remodeling projects we have in store for our home.

We used service of this company to build our customs cabinets on both sides of a fire place. Rafal was very courteous from the time I made first contact with him until the job completed. Excellent craftsmanship, Imaginative ideas and wealth of experience characterize my recent relationship with Rafal Kozdeba of Cabinets of Atlanta who added numerous shelving and storage cabinets to our new apartment in Atlanta. Before you do anything involving cabinets in your home call Rafal. Seriously. Do not start a cabinet project of any type without meeting him. We learned this the hard way. Rafal and Paul saved our kitchen. Their work is unparalleled and their prices are very fair. Our neighbor told us to call Rafal ASAP when she heard we need cabinet help. He came to the house over the weekend - took one look at our drawers and cabinets that had been mangled by a team we thought knew what they were doing and within moments identified that the wrong size hardware had been purchased and that it was all being installed the wrong way. Rafal and his crew are in high demand but seeing how much we needed his help he kept us posted about his availability and sent Paul (one of the most professional people I have ever met) to start working on our cabinets a week before he thought he would have anyone available. Fixing all the mistakes done by someone else, on sight was a tedious job but Paul arrived early each morning and fixed every last drawer slide and hinge in our entire kitchen, He didn't finish the job until, literally, every last thing was perfect! Rafal responded very promptly to our initial request. He showed up in a very timely manner to evaluate the work and to be able to give us a quote for the many projects we were starting. ( Replacing hardwood floors, painting cabinets and putting down 2 walls) . He gave us lots of good ideas and advice but he never send a quote for what we requested. I do not recommend this company if you are working on a budget less than 45K.

My project started with a complete master bath redo and then grew..... I was introduced to Cabinets of Atlanta when my contractor brought them in to quote custom bathroom cabinets. I had actually thought it was a waste of time believing that the cost would be so much greater than manufactured cabinets. I was shocked when the price came back and Cabinets of Atlanta was less expensive. The owner patiently took me through each piece of the construction so I could understand what was being made and the differences between manufactured and custom cabinets. I was shocked at how much more space there is inside custom cabinet drawers. Rafal worked with me to include everything my wish list, something that the manufactured cabinets could have done very little of. Everything Cabinets of Atlanta made is wonderful but a few of my bathroom favorites are my four custom jewelry drawers and drawer specifically for my hair dryer, curling iron etc. Discovering how talented Cabinets of Atlanta was I started adding to my list. I had a custom cabinet with metal insets made to replace a closet. Next I added a barn door for the entry to the master bath. It's almost too wonderful for words! The other pieces of this project included a king bedframe, decorative wood added to two walls and four beams installed in a sitting area with tall ceilings. My greatest appreciation for Rafal was his listening skills. He took my ideas and turned them into something wonderful! My only disappointment was not finding this company before I remodeled my kitchen! I give this company my highest recommendation and I've remodeled many houses and worked with many contractors with very few having the high marks that Cabinets of Atlanta earned.

His company, Cabinets of Atlanta, has built beautiful custom bookshelves in my home. Since he has expanded his business to include basement remodels/finishing, he has installed mirrors for my exercise room as well as completed a few other projects. I wish I'd utilized his company for my basement project! I will continue to have Rafal and Cabinets of Atlanta as my "go to" cabinet guys.

Rafal and his team did an excellent job on the built-in cabinets in our living room. Their work was extremely detailed, done on time and the cabinets turned out beautifully. Rafal and his team designed and built custom cabinets around our fireplace in October 2013. Rafal was professional, gave great advice surrounding the scope and price of the project to keep it in line with our existing home. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed and the pricing came right in line where we wanted to be. His team of installers were professional, meticulous in their workmanship and extremely neat. They came when they said they would and completed the work ahead of schedule. The cabinets are beautiful and look like they have always been there! Rafal and his team were extremely professional both in their correspondence and work. The built-in cabinets they made for our living room were nothing short of top-notch. When the time came to redo our kitchen, we contacted and got three quotes for made to order cabinets. One was a complete joke (over twice the amount of the other two, and believe me, there is no way he could have done a better job. I doubt that he would have even matched the results we got.) The other two came within $100.00 of each other. After having met and discussed the options, we went with Rafal, the owner of Cabinets of Atlanta. In the last 44 years I have remodeled 10 kitchens, and Rafal came through as knowledgeable, decent and a detail person. I am also that way, so it was a no brainer for me, he was it! We signed a contract and gave him a sizeable check, needless to say, for a couple of weeks the check had not cleared our bank and that made us quite a bit apprehensive, we didn’t really know anything about this company. The check was cashed and at the same time we got a call to ask us to go by the workshop to check on the progress. As soon as we walked in our apprehension totally disappeared, WHAT WORKMANSHIP! All I can say is they are artists at what they do. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS KITCHEN! I have been using it a lot these last two months because I have been going through some med ical stuff and spending lots of time at doctor’s offices and at home cooking. We hired cabinets of Atlanta following a referral from one of our neighbors to build a custom 'built-in' shelf unit and TV wall mount cabinet. They worked closely with us to help us design the cabinets and ensure we were considering all factors - TV Size and style etc. The build itself occurred offsite and then it took 2 days to complete the installation. This included painting and installing all the cabinets. Overall our experience was very positive and we would recommend them to all of our friends.

I recently had Cabinets of Atlanta remodel my kitchen. My house is 20 years old so I thought I would need new kitchen cabinets. After Cabinets of Atlanta came out to look at my cabinets they determined there was nothing wrong with the structure of my cabinets they just needed up dating. I really appreciated Rafal’s honesty. This saved me lots of money. Rafal also helped advised me. If he thought something would not look right he told me. I really appreciated his advise on the project. I love my new kitchen. It is beautiful! You cannot tell the cabinets have been refaced, they look brand new. I couldn’t be happier. Cabinets of Atlanta crew was also very nice and dependable. Each day before they left they would clean up after themselves. Cabinets of Atlanta did such a good job my Mother had them remodel her guest bathroom. This time the vanity cabinets were custom made. Once again the bathroom looks wonderful! I had priced the cabinets out on both remodels with Home Depot and Lowes. I got a better price and more custom work with Cabinets of Atlanta. It was a pleasure working with Rafel and his staff at Cabinets of Atlanta. Rafel is very professional, helpful and most knowledgeable. He built the cabinets in our bathroom and we love them. We orginally picked out a stain but Rafel felt it wasn't a good match for the floor tiles we choose and wisely convinced us to go with the color he thought would work best. Boy was he right. We didn't want to have the drawers that close automatically but he explained why it would be a good thing to have so we got them and again he was correct. After working on our bathroom we had Rafel build an enclosure for our kitchen refrigerator. We so trusted his judgement that we had him pick out the stain and do the design with very little imput from us. Rafel did not go over budget and installed both our bathroom and kitchen cabinets on the date we agreed to at contract. We highly recommend Cabinets of Atlanta and know you will be most pleased with Rafel and his work.
