Justin Soileau

Delta fabricated custom cabinet fronts and door panels for our kitchen. The paint began peeling within 90 days off installation. The paint is chipping in places that are low use and low contact. They have not been responsive to my emails or calls.

Mr. Soileau, we are sorry for your loss. These were of that were affected by hurricane Ida. Our insurance did not cover field service for that affected. We were closed for several months after the hurricane and were unable to offer service of any kind. Our notes indicate that despite insurance not covering, we offered you a 100% refund and/or pay for you to have the affected doors refinished by another paint company while we were closed. We are sorry if our offer was inadequate. Much of the ways insurance companies treated us and the public has been deemed unfair.

Delta Cabinets was great to work with. Not only did they give us a beautiful new kitchen, but they worked closely with us to make it financially possible. Their team were all very courteous and professional. My kitchen looks fantastic. I would recommend Delta Cabinets to anyone.

Delta installed a media wall at my home, and I was happy with the work at the contractual $6500 price. Delta was also very big on the paperwork, which I appreciated. However, I accidentally overpaid $511 on the 2nd check. After some email exchanges Delta eventally sent me a refund check for $414 keeping the balance for changes.

Delta Cabinet team were very professional from start to finish. They came to my home and gave me a very fair appraisal /estimate. They prepared the work and completed installation in about a week after the shelves were prepared. The workers were honest , professional and very trustworthy. Plus clean work.

In April of 2018, Delta Custom Cabinetry completed a kitchen remodel for me. The project consisted of cabinet re-facing with fabrication of additional custom details, replacement of counter tops, and the installation of new sinks, faucets and cabinet hardware. This was a very detailed project and the Delta team did a beautiful job! From the initial meeting to frame the scope of the project through to the final touch-ups, Damon and his staff provided quality service and products. They were accommodating with requested changes and offered professional advice to assure a smooth process and complete customer satisfaction. Delta's expertise provided me with a handsomely crafted kitchen that will be a source of enjoyment for years to come.

Complete cabinet refacing of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Replaced all doors and drawer fronts as well as hardware. It took them about 3 days to complete the job. A couple minor things needed correcting afterward and they were very responsive. Overall an excellent experience and much cheaper that new cabinets and counters. End result is even better than expected.

We selected Delta Cabinets to do our kitchen bath after looking at the quality of their cabinets. Which are all built at their warehouse. The cabinets were delivered on time and what we wanted. we loved the look of the cabinets. So much so that we want back to them for our master bath and custom bar. i will review again once the bar and bath are complete.
