Christopher Burton Homes is presently building our new home. We spent many hours researching them before we chose them. We have since spent many, many hours working with them as we went through the design phase of the house. Everyone that we have worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly helpful! We have not come across one of the employees yet who has not gone over and above what we expect. The house is not finished yet, but I can already recommend this builder due to their attitude of excellence!

My wife and I hired Christopher Burton to build our dream retirement home in Viera, Florida. At first, we didn't think we could afford a Christopher Burton custom home. We met with Chris and told him what we were looking for in a home and were very surprised when he said he could build it within our budget. We made a few changes to the model home and Chris gave us some great suggestions on where to save money- and more importantly, where not to save money. Sales Director, Tom Davis, did an outstanding job incorporating our requests into the original floor plan so everything flowed functionally and kept the great lines that run throughout the house. If you've never built a custom home before, you can't imagine the trust you have to place in your builder- and the incredible amount of decisions you must make in the lot selection, home design, building materials, landscaping, etc. Christopher Burton Homes has a great design center with designers on hand to help you make your selections so you can see how everything comes together- cabinets, flooring, paint colors, etc. Our Site Foreman, Jim Williams did an outstanding job keeping us informed on our home's overall construction status- and he kept us focused on each phase and the corresponding decisions we needed to make to ensure the project flowed smoothly. If there were any problems, he let us know immediately and fully educated us on our options. Trusting Chris to build our home was the best decision we ever made and I have nothing but great things to say for everyone at Christopher Burton Homes. Chris built us an absolutely beautiful home, on budget, on time. I would strongly recommend Christopher Burton Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home!

We hired Christopher Burton Homes, Inc. to build our 7000 sq. ft. home. He and his staff were professional and prompt. We felt that we received personalized service.
