When I needed to replace the flooring in my master bedroom and my family room I was fortunate enough to find Frank at Burroughs Hardwoods, a family owned company. Frank patiently answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right products for my home. The prices were fair, competitive with even much larger companies and the job was completed quickly, professionally and on time. When Frank's supplier, was going to be late...he personally picked up the product and brought it to my home so his expert installer-Dave, and his crew could complete the job as promised. I left the crew a key for my convenience. When I arrived at my home later in the day the work was nearly done. My new floors are beautiful! I will never use another company for flooring because Burroughs is the best!

Great customer service in helping me find a really unique stair part. I posted a question on Sunday afternoon and got an answer on Sunday evening. Product arrived as promised and exceeded my expectations. I'd do business with them again and highly recommend them.

Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.
