We hired Burgess Custom Cabinetry for a complete remodel of our kitchen last year and we could not have been happier. Jason provides an amazing end to end service: he designs, he orders and he installs, all in one. And he gets 5 stars on all fronts! Superior knowledge, creative ideas, quality of service and attention to details… Thanks to his efforts, our old kitchen has transformed into a work of art. In 2016, we had bought a fine Tudor home with the most outdated and run-down kitchen we’ve ever seen. That space needed a complete facelift. Anyone who tackled the complicated mission of remodelling a kitchen understands how daunting it is. Other than stripping it to the bone, we did not know where to begin! Burgess Custom Cabinetry was recommended to us by our furniture dealer. It was obvious the minute we sat down with Jason that he is a professional. Together, we jotted down ideas on what we needed in a kitchen and he offered his own suggestions, in a subtle, non-invasive way. We scheduled an exhaustive measurement session and soon came up with a tentative layout sketch. When Jason sent us the digital 3D design of our future kitchen, with a full-fledge detailed view of every corner, any doubts left in our minds disappeared. We could not wait to turn this superb design into reality! From then on, navigating through the design/order/install process was a breeze. Jason has a great taste and great vision. He was pleasant to work with and he was very considerate of our needs. Once we saw how meticulous and detail-oriented he was, it gave us peace of mind. We were comfortable leaving this mega-project in his capable hands so we can tackle other business. From beginning to end, Jason does not disappoint. His suggestions were very useful and saved us money and headaches. The total cost was also very reasonable, given the quality we asked for: solid cherry and walnut throughout. He gets a discounted price with Cabico, and many other suppliers, which made a big difference for our final bill. Thanks to Burgess Custom Cabinetry, we now have our dream kitchen. A year later, it is still the most beautiful space and the focal centre of our home. Anyone that visits our new house pays particular attention to the kitchen. From the functional features (2-level utensils drawer, heavy-duty carousel, tray dividers, pantry drawers, etc.) to the decorative details (corbels, mouldings, custom hood and appliqué, etc.), everything is oozing quality and taste. It is truly high-end. In short, we’re extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Jason delivered exactly what we hoped for. We highly recommend Burgess Custom Cabinetry.

Jason was absolutely amazing! Right from the beginning he helped us place the order and made some recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of or bothered with that make all the difference in the world for a beautiful kitchen. We hired Jason to do our cabinet installation unaware that he was also a representative of the cabinet manufacturer that we had chosen. Many mistakes were made in ordering the cabinets that were beyond anyone’s control and although no fault of Jason, he took it upon himself to correct the problems. His professionalism and dedication to our renovation are unsurpassed. He took what was going to be a renovation nightmare and gave us our dream kitchen. One night while working late I asked him, Jason don’t you have a life? (Away from working) His response was yes I do but right now it is making your life better. All I can say is hire him you won’t be disappointed.

From estimate to delivery Jason could not have been more professional. He kept us well informed during the whole process and delivered a beautiful finished product. Our kitchen has exceeded our expectations.

I tend to be very particular and was a bit nervous using Jason because he was so young, however, after checking several of his references I decided to take a chance. I was glad from the start as he was able to resolve some design issues, including a bulkhead and uneven floors. He was extremely attentive to detail and was a pleasure to work with. He listened and worked with me to make sure that I was completely happy. He quickly resolved some small issues wih the cabinets directly with the company. He took great care to make sure that my newly finished floor was protected. His workmanship and professionalism was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him.

We have no hesitation in recommending Burgess Installations to anyone going through kitchen renovations. We were a bit nervous about finding the right person, because our previous experience (20 years ago!) was not good at all. From our first contact until the end of our project, Jason has been highly professional and reliable. He did a great job with our kitchen. His craftsmanship is remarkable. Our Kitchen looks beautiful! Jason did an amazing job on the install and on the finishing touches. He installed our kitchen and bathroom cabinets without a problem and on time. He even came back to change some doors for us (they were defective) and he lived 3 hours away from our place. He was excellent and I would recommend him to everyone.

Burgess Installations was recommeded to us for the installation of our Cabico custom cabinets in our kitchen. Jason was prompt and forthcoming in providing references, which all gave very positive feedback on his work. We immediately hired him to measure the kitchen, review our cabinet order and install the cabinets. He did an excellent job for all three, but his skill and attention to detail in the installation of the cabinets was particularly remarkable. We had a relatively difficult kitchen to install, and Jason was able to rectify errors that had been made earlier in the process as well as camouflage imperfections in our walls and ceilings. He went above and beyond what we hired him for by helping find and execute solutions for the countertop installation and providing advice on other aspects of the kitchen design. We also asked Jason to install baseboards and window casings, which he did will skill and attention to detail. Jason was totally reliable (which, we learned the hard way, is rare in the renovation business), incredibly conciencious and creative. His estimate at the outset of the project was reasonable, and any additional costs were generated by additional work we asked him to undertake. We would absolutely recommend him for the installation of cabinets and design work, and we look forward to working with him again.

Jason came into our home in June of this year to begin the process of updating our two bathrooms on the second floor. We wanted to refinish one and completely replaced the vanity in the second, larger bathroom. Both were in desperate need of renovating since the home had been built in the late 80's and never updated since then. Jason was very accommodating with regards to providing design ideas and diagrams, samples & made repeated visits to our home to discuss options and solutions. He offers a wide range of products and materials and turn around time for ordering, receiving and installation were very timely. On a personal note Jason is a very personable man who goes out of his way to provide you with the best quality products and solutions for your project.
