I love my home! Needless to say, I'm happy with most everything about the house, the building of my home, loved working with Melissa, and overall, it was a good experience. The stone work is lovely, the siding is holding up really well through all the hail, overall, it's a beautiful job. There were just a few things associated with the sub-contractors that were not done well and which cost me time, effort and ultimately money. The plumbers apparently did not hook up the dishwasher, so the first time I ran it, it flooded the kitchen. Whoever installed the sinks, did not do it right, so all of them fell off within the first year (thank you for sending someone out to reattach them to the counter tops). The ice maker on the refrigerator was not installed properly, so the kitchen flooded again, doing quite a bit of damage to the wooden floor. There was someone who started hauling away the top soil (which was halted after 3 - 4 dump truck loads thanks to my mother, as I was gone at work), which is making it difficult to grow a flower garden and lawn in subsoil. And, after about 2 years, the pump in the basement which was installed to pump out the sewage, quit working, which caused me to have to hire someone to come out and replace the pump with a larger one (he said the original was undersized), and cost me $900.00. All is well now after a few years, except the wooden floor and my vain attempts to grow lovely flowers in clay.

We have used Fred and CCM for several projects including two major remodels and a new build. Just the fact that we use CCM repeatedly proves there commitment to excellence and to exceeding their customers expectations with every project, large or small. The administrative team of Melissa and Anna are amazing and helpful to keep tract of budgets and with Heath on-site, the projects stay on-time. Fred adds a wealth of experience, an engineering background and a personality that keeps people from getting too excited during the stress of a big project. We are currently remodeling our 100 year old home using CCM, LLC. We chose them over the other contractors presented because of their attention to detail, and their willingness to work closely with us and make our vision a reality. So far we have been extremely pleased with their help in navigating the permit process, and providing us with a timeline so that we can chart the progress of the job. Also, Melissa has worked closely with us to keep us on task and on schedule as far as choosing and ordering for all facets of the remodel. In addition, they are very particular and selective as to who they work with as their subcontractors. Looking forward to sharing photos of our beautiful finished home soon...

We are currently in the middle of the remodel of our 105 year old home. We interviewed three construction companies and chose CCM based on their job completion history and the way that Fred and Melissa share responsibility for any of their jobs. Melissa has, so far, done an excellent job working with us in determining what types of materials we want to use and how to source those materials. She also works with the subs to be sure things are built/installed the way we want them to be. Fred has charted a realistic timeline and is sticking to it. He works closely with the subs to be sure they are completing their tasks in a timely manner without holding up the project. The subs they have used on the job to date have all been very professional and have shown great interest in working in a way that the job gets done the way we want it done as homeowners. The job is scheduled to be done in mid to late August and I have every confidence we will meet that completion schedule. Both my wife and I are very thankful we chose CCM to work with on our project.

We can’t say enough good things about Fred, Anna, and CCM. We were introduced to CCM through our architect, who had set up interviews with three different builders. We met with Fred and Anna first and promptly cancelled the other interviews. We knew instantly, CCM would be our home builder and never regretted the decision. Fred understood the codes and inspectors in the city of Golden, making the inspection process easy and painless. His relationships with the trades and business ethics allow him to hire the best trades in their fields. Anna kept us on schedule and helped with all the interior design decision we never knew we needed to make. When desired, she gave us the guidance needed when the choices were overwhelming. They made the process of building our home fun, stress free, on time and on budget. We have several friends who have chosen other builders and we watched them struggle and said to ourselves, this wouldn’t have happened if they had CCM. The first time we met with Fred he said they wanted CCM to build all of our homes. While we haven’t built another home, we are happy we hired CCM to build our first!

We hired CCM to build a significant addition to our house, and they did a marvelous job for us. They managed to remove and replace the entire roof and second story without a hitch, and the quality of work was first class.

During the past twenty five years, I have worked with the people at CCM on several different projects, the most recent being a house remodel in 2012. This company understands the building process, and is therefore able to find good pricing and the best possible products while still staying within the customer's budget. For example, I was working with a designer and looking for new front doors. The designer found doors I liked in a catalog, and I showed them to Fred, who was able to find comparable doors from one of his sources at half the price, and they look great!!! This company also knows how to schedule their subcontractors efficiently and to present realistic timelines to their customers. Fred and his team are professional, positive and accommodating, and I found their subcontractors to be capable, concientious, honest and respectful of my property. In summary, I have been very satisfied with CCM and would highly recommend this company for new construction projects as well as for remodels.

CCM completed a substantial remodel to our 1940, brick home in Golden, CO in 2005. The remodel doubled the existing square footage and involved modifying the original basement foundation, roof, plumbing and electrical systems, HVAC, windows, exterior finishes, etc. CCM's staff were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, organized, and able to efficiently address unanticipated problems throughout the project. My husband and I always felt we were in good hands and that CCM was our advocate. The staff were open to our ideas and requests during construction, and they worked with us to find solutions that fit our budget. Ultimately CCM completed our project on-time and on-budget, and 10-years later, we are very satisfied with the quality of their work. We have recommended CCM to numerous people since our project, and all have had similar experiences to ours. CCM does little when it comes to yard signs and company logos on fancy work trucks, and that's because they don't need to -- their strong building reputation proceeds them and continues to make them successful!

As an architecture firm, we have worked with many contractors. CCM was reliable, transparent, team-oriented with good communication skills. They brought their years of experience and insight to the table to help problem solve various issues and concerns, and listened well to us and the clients. Their schedule proved accurate, and we came in under budget. We hope to work with Fred and his team again soon!

The whole team at CCM was responsive, respectful, hard working and did an excellent job on our remodel. We would highly recommend them and have shared their contact info with friends over and over again. They worked hard to be both on time and on budget with our project, despite all the changes we made during the process.

I have worked with CCM since 1999 and find them to display the utmost in professionalism, with specific attention to detailed needs of the customer. They have completed projects that I had to take back in foreclosure along with building their own spec homes. Most recently, CCM has been the general contractor for a duplex project I am constructing in Littleton, CO, and they are doing a superb job. Fred and Melissa have been my main contacts, and Melissa has taken a personal interest in making the right design choices and completing the project.
