EF Builders showed up when scheduled, stayed over if needed and explained and discussed any changes or suggestions on improving our enclosed deck structure. The finished result looks "amazing," we get compliments on how nice it looks and how it actually pulls the living room right into our wooded back yard view. With 44 buildings (164 townhouses) it was a large undertaking. The contractor had labor problems, but on site supervision helped. Limited follow-up problems.
