: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Sadly my review is not positive. After several months chasing up issues of poor workmanship, particularly in cabinetry, only to be informed it is my fault for overloading a shelf. There are numerous other examples of poor quality of which they have no interest to rectify. Email evidence of over 6 months waiting for any reply. I will now have to look elsewhere to have shelving repaired and other issues rectified.

From initial discussions through to project completion the BTM building team were excellent to deal with. The project they built was executed flawlessly in a very professional manner. We are thrilled with the quality of the build and hope to work with BTM again in the future.

BTM recently completed a renovation on our house. Joel, Rachel, Abz and the team are true professionals. We could not fault their workmanship and attention to detail. They are reliable, skilled and worked hard to progress the build quickly. We have had so many compliments about the reno and have recommended them to friends & family.

Joel is professional as a builder and he has an awesome team. They have good communication and email follow-up throughout the whole poject, care about what the client is thinking, very quick response and always work out the best option and implementation details according to your idea. His teams focus on the details, they are always thinking to make a better outcome instead of just finishing the job. And they are polite, respectful, keep promise and leave the site clean and neat everyday after the work. I am very happy with the new pergola area, it's very hampton, elegant and high quality. It's beyond my expectation and I will definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

Joel and his team are amazing! Their work speaks for itself. Communication was on point throughout the entire process and they had plenty of advice and creative input whenever I was unsure. Highly recommend.

Joel is a proud and enthusiastic builder. Further he has also architectural flair and will always make sure it looks good.
