Mr. Caracciolo has over 30 years of diversified experience in Architectural field. He specializes in the renovation and rehabilitation of existing buildings; many of historic significance. The majority of the projects are high end residential apartments and brownstones in Brooklyn and Manhattan. His daily management practice entails design and the supervision of construction including direct working knowledge experience with such government agencies as the New York City Landmarks Commission and the NYC Building Department. Our design approach emphasizes client satisfaction and project success. "The Site, The Circumstance, The Culture and The Client is Where we Start." The Best Buildings respond to the time of day and the change of the seasons. They respond to the direction of the sun like a sundial.

Andrew guided us thru the filing process with the DOB. He made sure all the appropriate paperwork was filled and that the permit were issued on time. This was a full gut renovation project of a New York City pent house overlooking Central Park with a 2 million budget. I could not have asked more from Andrew. Straight forward and very professional. I have recommended him for other projects since.

Andrew is an excellent choice for those who value creative solutions to residential projects both large and small. He is a consummate professional who offers excellent customer service, broad knowledge and a visionary approach, qualities that are so important to a seamless working relationship and the ultimate goal -- an exciting new environment. Andrew is well versed in historical preservation as well as modern construction and design with extensive experience in New York City, the Hamptons and surrounding areas.

Working in the real estate industry I know what professional conduct consists of and working with Andrew Caracciolo was just a tremendous experience. I owned 2 apartments that needed special walls designed to separate an extremely large apartment in downtown Manhattan. Andrew came recommended from a colleague of mine and for the two jobs I could not have been happier with the expediency and easiness to finish the job on time and in budget. I highly recommend Andrew for any job relating to New York real estate for all of my past clients and still recommend him to family and friends when his services are required.
