I'm a real estate marketer, having run a successful home staging company in New Jersey and now offering digital marketing services -- aka social media marketing and website design -- to my colleagues in the Jacksonville metro area. My next project is to find a house worthy of note to write about for Jacksonville Magazine's Home Profile section. We're looking for something unusual - quirky, colorful, decorated in a different look like Hollywood Whimsy. We've done mansions at the beach, modern homes, sky-high duplex condos, ordinary and extraordinary. Now we'd like to do quirky. :)
