We worked with Brendan Connolly from Lake Life Realty to sell our old home as well as purchase our new home. Brendan was very knowledgeable on all subjects regarding selling and buying our new home. I listed my house initially with a local realtor associated with a well-known, long established broker. Once we launched it on MLS, we had an accepted offer that same day for full price...plus furnishings! Brie handled the negotiations, the paperwork, the communications seamlessly.
