Project details: - All 4 bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms It has a massive 50m2 fully fitted out air-conditioned Alfresco with frameless glass doors that glide open to seamlessly link the river & pool. - The curved glass lift was of a design such that the rear of the shaft was visible above & below the lift car leaving the mechanics totally visible. There was nothing on the market to resolve that problem, so we invented one. We had an engineering shop create 2 massive housed spring rollers that we fitted above & below the lift shaft & sourced a material robust enough to be fitted top & bottom of the lift car so the lift shaft would be concealed at all times by a massive “Holland blind”. - The study, lift & front doors (including the frames & architraves) were individually designed & hand crafted in Fijian Mahogany.
