In 2004, our law firm located in Boca Raton, Florida utilized the services Jim Fedele and Brang Construction to complete an extensive build-out on the new office building we acquired. Brang demonstrated excellent attention to detail, keeping within the projected time line as well as staying within the presented proposal. In 2014 the law firm again utilized Brang's services for a complete commercial roof replacement, painting, and other minor repairs. Again, the project went off without incident, on time and within the proposed budget. Brang employs the best in the business, whether a direct employee or subcontractor. Brang Construction, Inc. was the builder on a vintage early 70's home on Manalapan Island. The house was in dire need of updating. The makeover consisted of new kitchen/laundry, master suite & baths. New exterior spaces were added to the home, and existing exterior spaces were modified to allow for greater views from inside the living areas in order to open out to the fabulous water views of the intracoastal. The best part was the clients joy in seeing their Florida home transformed to a special getaway to paradise. jim Fedele, President of Brang Construction have worked hand in hand on many projects over the last 25 years, including his personal home of more then 8,000 square feet in Delray Beach FL. Mr. Fedele and Brang Construction take great pride in their efforts , and sweat all the details so their clients don't.

Brang Co performed a difficult addition/renovation to my existing home. The addition9s) were performed on 2 separate sides of the house and, as in most additions, one doesn't know what to expect until one starts demolition. Brang was able to do this nearly seamlessly, tying into existing roof structures and trusses so the additions matched as if designed that way from the beginning. In addition, all of our "services" (i.e electric panel, phone, cable, irrigation pump/etc etc.) were on one of the exterior walls to be demolished. Particularly complicated w the electric service. Brang handled flawlessly. All of this performed right after Hurricane Wilma when supplies and labor both were in short supply!

While we were away we had a house fire that basically destroyed the interior of our residence. I have known Jim Fedele (Brang construction) for some time but thought this project would be too small for his firm. (Approximately $300.000). The adjuster for the insurance company was trying to steer me to a firm that they had a relationship with and I was getting uncomfortable with that process. I finally called Brang construction and they were able to manage the whole process, from preparing estimates that were given to the adjuster to the planning, design and consruction phase. They obtained the building permit, established a scope of work with all the disciplines( flooring, mechanical, electrical, drywall. plumbing, painting,doors and hardware, demolition,windows, insulation, etc.) , The subcontractors selected by Brang were top quality and very easy to work with. I would recommend Brang Construction and Jim Fedele to work on any project due to his integrity and and ability to get the job done. I had occasion to speak with many of the subcontractors on the job and they all spoke very highly of Brang construction because they knew if they performed quality work they would get paid. When our project was completed the adjuster called me and said that this project was one of the best he has been involved in due to the professionalism of the contractor. I can not say enough about Jim Fedele and would highly recommend Brang construction for any project.
