We had brad’s construction install a basement egress window for us. The whole process from start to finish went awesome. Brad is super friendly, knowledgeable, and a excellent craftsman. They did an excellent job cleaning up daily and took every precaution to leaving our yard and home looking better than they arrived. Most of all the window looks absolutely terrific. I couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to have brad’s construction do this project. I would recommend to anyone!!

I had a great experience with Brad, his son, Taylor, and their team ripping out our aging organic shingles and replacing it Owens Corning singles. They showed up ready to work when they promised; and always called or sent a text to let us know if they would be late. Brad and his team not only went above and beyond with the quality of their work but made recommendations based on their experience. When they removed the old shingles, they uncovered some areas that needed re-decking. They repaired the decking and did not raise the quoted price even after finding a few issues. Not only did they beat the estimated timeline provided but beat EVERY quote around us. They were able to deliver a finished product that exceeded beyond our expectations. We had purchased our home in the beginning of May 2018, knowing full well we may need new windows and a roof sooner than later. Unfortunately, the purchase of the house limited our budget. Brad's Construction was a phenomenal help. Not only is their quality of work above and beyond expectations, they clearly strive to offer exceptional customer service. Brad's Construction was able to help us get our roof covered through insurance from wind damage, and I didn't even know it was damaged! They were exceptional in working with the insurance company, and holding them liable for the amount owed to appropriately finish the work. There were no unforeseen costs, they took care of our storm door that was also damaged, and they stayed true to their estimate! After having the roof done, we knew who our contractor would be for all future projects. Brad's Construction was able to get us all new triple pane windows and an egress window - with some financing assistance that was simple and easy to use. They even installed gutter guards for us, so there will be no more cleaning the gutters! We look forward to having Brad's Construction finish our basement - hopefully a bar and additional bedroom - in the future. I sent Brad's Construction a email regarding a roof leak in late August, as a result of hail damage. I had a response in 20 minutes, and they would come to look at it the next day. They sent me a estimate detailing all of the work needed and the cost. They put a new roof on one slope of the house and the entire garage in a day and a half. The work was excellent as was the clean up.

I had a leak in my roof from an old chimney. The service I received was fast, friendly and professional. I was informed of some hail damage that I am now starting an insurance claim. Brad and Taylor replaced a black iron railing with an aluminum white railing to our front entrance of our bi-level home. They communicated really well during the process and answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly. Our total cost was less than other quotes we received and the whole process went very very well.
