Brad was given a huge challenge to build our dream home but also to seamlessly connect it to our existing 1920 built cottage. To add to the challenge we continued to live in the cottage (with a toddler) and my wife fell pregnant again just as the project commenced! Brad was endlessly patient with the large number of changes that we made as the project progressed and was very patient in assisting us to choose between various options available. His taste and style are of a high standard and we always knew he would be able to help us to obtain high quality products and outcomes. I am pleased to say that we are thrilled with the end product and receive compliments from all who visit. Not only are we grateful to Brad for realizing our dream we also appreciated the family focus and respect that all of his trades people demonstrated for example the site was always left clean and safe for little ones to be around. Recently we had the pleasure of having Brad Ross Homes renovate our holiday house by the sea. The expansive verandah was badly rusted and we expected that a total replacement verandah would be necessary. BRH suggested that proper treatment of the steelwork, which was still quite sound, was all that was required. We included several major modifications to the house and signed a contract with BRH for a much lower price than the replacement verandah. The service and attention to detail from BRH was impeccable. Several items not included in the contract were also completed and although the fickle Spring weather was quite disruptive, the work was completed within the contracted period. The workmanship carried out by their dedicated employees could not be faulted. The manager Brad Ross was always available to discuss any relevant matters. The house and surrounding grounds were left in excellent condition. It is now a very relaxing holiday home. We have no hesitation in recommending Brad Ross Homes.

We employed Brad Ross Homes to renovate and extend our 1970's house. Thanks to their professional and caring approach we were able to live in the house throughout the renovation with 3 young children. Brad and Jane went above and beyond to ensure minimal disruption to our daily life and maintain a safe and clean environment. Communication was excellent and any issues resolved quickly with little fuss.
