I hired Brad to completely gut out a very traditional kitchen and design and install a state-of-the-art, ultra modern kitchen. I wanted an extra large concrete island and plenty of stainless steel. He designed an entire wall of stainless steel that houses a spectacular refrigerator and wine cooler. The range and microwave are housed within the massive concrete island, which truly is a museum piece. I also wanted the kitchen considerably more open to the rest of the house which he achieved by knocking down the wall along the hallway and installed magnificent concrete columns. Everyone that has seen the kitchen absolutely raves at the aesthetics and functionality. The kitchen has become the main place to congregate which is what I precisely wanted as I love to cook. Every detail -- cabinets, drawers, tile flooring, faucets and lighting were designed and/or selected by Brad. His taste is impeccable, his technical prowess is of the highest level, and his pursuit of details is unwavering. He took his time to understand my taste and the "feel" I wanted to achieve. Although I make decisions relatively quickly, because I know what I like, he was always available and patient to iterate with me as I examined the options and possibilities. He sourced the highest quality contractors, concrete and cabinet makers. He managed the entire labor team and the project with a sense of caring that was noble and comforting. I trusted him implicitly and he had full access to the home when I was away. The project took several months yet I never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable because of his vision, communication style and project management. As I got to evidence his enormous skill, I utilized him to also design an absolutely beautiful half-bath off the kitchen. And, we are in the early stages of multiple other large scale renovations in the home. He will design and manage every renovation project for me from now on. Brad is truly one-of-a-kind and I was fortunate that I found him and I highly endorse his work.

Brad is incredible! We hired him to help us with our new construction home in 2015. Since we were new to the "home building" experience we needed a lot of guidance, which Brad provided start to finish. He got to know us and our style and then researched options for us to consider on design elements (light fixtures, wall colors, vanities, kitchen layout & materials, etc) but he also helped with general construction elements (location of baths, stairs, closets), lighting design (how many, where best to install them, etc), flooring, color schemes, furniture placement, etc. He worked directly with the general contractor and each of the subcontractors and ALWAYS provided timely communication. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it at a reasonable rate. We highly recommend Brad. Our design esthic is not typical for our northern NJ area...we enjoy more of a modern-eclectic style and Brad was a perfect fit in that regard as well. We will definitely use Brad Jenkins for future projects and recommend him to anyone.

My renovation project could not have been done without Brad. He let me get involved as deeply or as little as I wanted in specific parts of the project - as much as my interests or my schedule allowed me. His modern aesthetic was very compatible with my own, but more importantly, he was extremely trustworthy - unbiased opinions, recommendations, pricing structure - but most of all, very responsible and dependable - I entrusted him with my home while away for weeks on the other side of the world to keep the construction work going. In fact, I lived in another home over an hour away during the 8+ months or so of construction. Despite some setbacks with the contractor, Brad overcame these obstacles with tact and the patience of a saint. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, and would hire him again for prospective future properties. TIP - trust Brad's recommendations on lighting. I skeptically went with his original lighting recommendations and now, have exceeded beyond his recommendations with custom lighting all over the place! I am a believer.

I first used Brad Jenkins Inc for a remodel of our living room. His eye for color, decor and design are amazing. The most outstanding piece in my mind is his understanding of the flow of a room. His use of modern material, color and workmanship are highly recommended. I will continue to use his services in the coming months for other projects. Plus he was able to bring other craftsman to the project that all followed in his highly professional demeanor.

We removed a wall between the family room and the kitchen. Brad Jenkins Inc. came up with a great concept to keep the separation of the rooms but opened the space up for a more up to date look and feel. He created these great craftsman style columns with antique wood and fantastic detail. Brad gives his word and keeps his word.

Brad Jenkins was asked to build a home office which would maximize functional space through unique design. His inspiration was a mid century Herman Miller walnut dining room table. This curved legged table was intended to be used as a large desk and focal point in the room. Legs on one end of the table were removed and Brad created a unique work station which slid into the open end. The newly designed station included a rolling computer table which allows one to adjust at will. The other pieces in the room consist of stand alone units for filing, mini fridge and TV. The open shelf wall hung unit is engineered with a cabling system that provides stability and interest. Attached angled metal arms, which follow the line of the vaulted ceiling, house directional lights for the unit. On entering the room the mix of old and new desk is first noticed. On rotation to look at the book shelf the individual is overcome with and expression of awe and delight. Thanks to Brad our home office is now not just a room but a welcoming environment to work in and be proud of.
