The architect Paul Harloff did an amazing job evolving the interior and exterior design to meet with our desire and expectations. The construction, the materials, quality of finish is excellent .... world class.

My wife and I had never built a house before. We interviewed with 3 different builders and unanimously agreed to hire David Bos. Our initial dealings were with David who is the owner. He was willing to spend lots of time with us and easily gained our trust. The promises made at the beginning of our project were kept, our budget was respected through the whole process, and with their help our budget was met when our house was finished. David Bos is very systematic with the whole building process. From the idea of a building our home to our move in day, the entire journey was mapped out and kept to schedule, if not early. They realize most people only build their dream house once and that there is potential to be some stress involved. This was not the case for us, our building experience with David Bos Homes was actually a pleasure.
