Warning: Be Cautious of Bonito Interiors My experience with Bonito Interiors left me with concerns, prompting me to share my observations after reading similar reviews. Read other reviews before committing you time and money!!! Initial Consultation: Despite requesting a phone consultation, Bonito insisted on an in-person visit to their "experience centre.” However, the centre provided limited practical information and was crowded. During the consultation, the sales team emphasised promises over specifics, pressuring me to pay 36K to proceed with basic measurements and mood boards. Design Phase: Throughout the design phase, I encountered challenges. Despite providing feedback, the mood boards and design presentations remained generic and failed to align with my vision, instead insisting that, this is not final and all suggestions will be incorporated. Requests for a detailed breakdown of costs (BOQ) and confirmation of agreed-upon modifications were met with delays and excuses. The formal agreement even on payment of 10%, lacked essential details and seemed to prioritise Bonito's interests over mine. Cancellation: Due to the lack of transparency and alignment with my vision, I decided to cancel the project. Although losing the money was disappointing, I deemed it preferable to the potential risks (100% substandard investment & suffer delay/quality issues & live with it for a decade).

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with the project management team, specifically Project Manager Balaji, Project Head Lalitha, and Gautama. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of service provided during the course of our project. There were several instances where communication was lacking, deadlines were not met, and overall project coordination seemed disorganized. I believe effective communication and timely delivery are crucial elements in any successful project, and regrettably, these aspects were not met in our recent collaboration. Moving forward, I would like to suggest implementing measures to improve project management practices, such as clearer communication channels, more structured timelines, and enhanced coordination among team members.

I went on 17 Dec 2023 bonito for interior work. when he asked my budget I gave 6 lac but somehow they convinced me if I increased my budget I would do full interior work like 2 wardrobes dresser study table for 2 kids TV unit with more stage kitchen tall unit pantry unit granite 2 sinks, 2 vanity in living and utility and chimney painting and bidding work in living area. they asked me to do the payment 1Lac but the project value finalized is 8.67 lac. They showed the kitchen boxy designee and they told the designer would make the designee show the color look and feel i agreed after the designee phase they revised the quotation with 16 lac and they asked me have pay that much when I told my budget was not much they told we will not refund the amount. I am very hopeless. I don't know how I can come out of that situation they cheated me. I told them my budget is fixed if you increase 1 rs also I will not go for interior. I have been struggling continuously last 45 days but have no conclusion. Let me know how can I come out of this situation. I told clearly if you not designe as per my requirement and as per my budget I will backout from my designe and interior work.

If there is anything beyond unprofessionalism, then that is what Bonito would stand for. They would just want to throw their box design ideas which is designed by their app. They will simply deny on any approvals which they would have taken during the design phase. Because of this Unprofessional behavior our Project 5974 which was of value 17L when we started the design came down to 5.75L which covered only 2 cupboard and 2 study tables To give more surprises their execution team is far beyond pathetic. 1.Project site manager is never at site. When asked when the workers would come he will give you some random timelines. When you go to site to check the progress the house is empty with no workers. 2.If workers manage to come to site by mistake, then Their workers make sure that they take ample amount of rest at house. We have caught their workers sleeping at site and not completing any work for the day. By this they simply push the delivery timelines. 3.They also make sure to lose your house key and in the name of replacement they will not even put efforts to contact Builder project team to replace the keys. As a customer we had to speak to Brigade utopia project team and get the key replaced. 4.Never to forget they will also make sure that they will damage any work done from third vendor in your home and simply deny. In our case they had damaged our tv unit tile. 5.When you ask for invoice for the payments you have done, they will never provide you one. In the name of GST they will charge you 18% but when it comes to invoice they will not give you one. 6.Their finishing and end product as well is not upto the price we pay for. There is several gaps and other issues seen. 7.Their Deep cleaning is just name’s sake. They charge you 9.5K+ in the name of deep cleaning and never do any justice for the price paid. When we mailed their Bangalore head as an escalation, the mail was sent to their Operational head ( this is what we believe as there operation head Vidya decided to make entry to site and check the situation), and they came down to site to check the progress and damages they had done. This was just their marketing and timepass gimmick. At the end, when asked for refund on damage they had done, they simply denied saying it was not done by them. Please note, we had provided enough evidence that until 3rd September 2023 the tv unit was intact and it was damaged only post bonito took over the house for work. When asked for the proof from their side to prove that the damage was not done by them there is no response. Their responses, process and customer management all are of substandard. If you choose to goto Bonito for your interiors make sure you ready to shed extra amount from your bank account as their estimates are never right. Based on our experience a final verdict would be, please make sure to think twice trice X number times before you choose Bonito as your interior firm.

Worst, very Poor quality. Need to take too much follow up. Not fulfill commitment, no authentic. Till date we have not received our referral bonus, since we have been received an email communication for referral bonus and also commitment given by written by Bonito. Bonito robbed our referral bonus. Please dont go with Bonito.

New Way to make money. Horrible sales & service. Its been more than a month and these ppl have zero responsibility in doing their job. I am so happy that we dint invested n went ahead with their process Be it Meetings , Scheduling Etc They take a hell lot of time As for a Refund they take soo much time Worst Designing Company Professionals ever , cant keep their word for an Job.

Worst worst interior planner company Bonito designs. Bonito designs show case a lot of things absolutely zero absolutely zero professionalism initially when you approach them they take a token payment to show the plan giving a guarantee that the amount will be refunded if you do not like it with no question asked policy it's been almost 3 months now I am still waiting for my money the initial promise was that they will refund the money in 21 days which itself was crazy as who takes 21 days to transfer money in this day and age but I still decided to wait and here I am still waiting even after calling messages, reminder email,all trying still waiting.........

My project was completed during Third quarter of 2022 and I am still waiting for my delayed compensation? Does the reimbursement take ages? First of all pathetic service and worst quality of work and now to add cheese on the cake Bonito has been harassing me since one year by not giving my money back which they have agreed to. Project number -5026

Please don't do interior, furniture with Bonito. Poor quality, non professional people. Within month furniture started damaging.

Please do not select Bonito Thane as your designer. My personal experience has been very bad. They don't honor the time commitment. Project got delayed and they took @7 months to complete. Also the execution quality is not at all acceptable. They try to sneak in sub standard material if the customer is not regularly visiting the site. They take money for debris removal and leave the customer premises without completing the job

Very poor-quality work. And the post delivery service is pathetic. Finished my project after a delay of 2 years and within 2 years the loft door fell off. Never heard of a loft door falling off. I really had a narrow escape. It could have been a really hazardous head injury. And the worst part is, it's more than 6 months now and they are not able to fix it yet. Very unprofessional. Just stay away from them.

Worst experience ever. Low grade material. No response to mails and phone calls. Poor project management with all false promises. Hurriedly took signs on project completion form but even after 8 months some issues are still unresolved. Done a lifetime mistake by appointing Bonito to design our home..
