Their service team is always on time and does a very thorough job. We’ve used them for annual cleanings of the furnace, AC, and tankless water heaters. We recently had all of our ducts cleaned and they took the furnace apart in order to clean it thoroughly. Great job!

Purchased AC unit from them. Less than a year after it was installed the fan motor and fan blade went out. They paid for the fan motor but not labor. Labor was an additional $600 total. I would not work with them again.

We hired Bob's Heating and AC to install a new AC unit. They did a wonderful job and we would certainly recommend them to others. They gave us a very competitive bid and were very professional and communicative throughout.

Every step of the way Bob’s people were helpful and went out of their way to make our experience great. They provided a better discount than we expected. They made sure we knew the timeline. They upgraded our furnace when the one we ordered was out of order. The install guys were super nice, friendly and hard working. They stayed until the job was done. Everything about the experience was good.

Prompt, efficient and professional service. This was routine maintenance performed annually on our HVAC system. Bob’s has done good work for us each time. Recommend this firm.

Quick, great duct cleaning. Installed air scrubber and have reduced the pollen count In Our house. Well worth the investment and we have stopped taking allergy medicine and also lower blood pressure! Thanks! Looking forward to having you come back next month to service the furnace and air conditioner!

We had a furnace maintenance and air duct cleaning done by Danny recently and he was AWESOME!! Extremely professional and polite, answered all our questions, and made great suggestions. Not to mention our furnace is working better than it has in years. Thank you!!

Great service; courteous and helpful service people. We have used Bob's for service and installation at our current and previous home in different locations in WA and have always been happy with their quality of their service and the people who represent them.

So kind and professional! They kept my house so clean and tidy through the entire process. Pricing was very straightforward. And technician explained my ac unit and all of its functions thoroughly before leaving. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Thank you to Bobs Heating and Air Conditioning! Josh with the sales staff was professional, responded promptly and didn’t pressure. Then the installation was amazing. Kody and Ian treated me like family. They were also professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I had another install the same day that didn’t go so well (Invisible Fence Company). Kody and Ian saw what went wrong and helped fix all the other company’s shortcomings. Highly recommended!!!!

コメント：air conditioner condensation problemThe condensation lines shouldn't be dripping on the floor, and wrapping the ducts will only collect the water and destroy the insulation. Call for a service today, and we can help get that taken care ...
