Bob just finished putting a roof and screening in our deck. We are so pleased with the quality of his work that we asked him could he finish our basement. If it was more star's that I could have filled in instead of 5 I would have. It's such a challenge now days to get excellent craftsmanship, customer service, professionalism, accompanied with punctuality in 1 company when you need some work done on your home. We needed a project done fast that involved a lot of smaller jobs which required different skills. We had a terrible time finding a contractor until Robinson Residential Construction. They met all are needs. They worked with us to stay in budget. We were on the schedule immediately. They sent multiple crews to do the work faster. Professional. And the results are beyond are expectations. I wish I could post a picture. I’m so proud.

Bob just finished a remodel of our basement. To start with, this was a very small space filled with nothing but dust and concrete. I was skeptical that it was even WORTH finishing. We met with several companies who either said it was not worth doing or who were so expensive we decided to pass. A couple more had no vision of what could be done. Once we met with Bob, that all changed. Bob turned the space into a playroom and media room for the kids that they absolutely LOVE and that is a great new space for our family. Bob's prices were fair, work was outstanding, and timing was as-promised. HIGHLY recommend!

Bob remodeled our basement. Our basement is small and we really wanted to maximize space - Bob did a great job helping us configure the space. He was easy to work with and all of his workers were great. He always communicated with us about progress and schedule. I would definitely recommend Bob!

We hired RRC to do a full kitchen renovation. Literally from start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Bob and his team. Bob provided detailed 3D CAD drawings of our kitchen plans which made it simple to visualize the result before work began. Bob's estimates are very detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for, and he did a great job keeping us ON BUDGET and ON SCHEDULE. Bob also made suggestions to reduce costs when possible, and suggestions to improve our kitchen design. His communication (phone/text/email) is THE BEST of any contractor I have ever hired. Almost any day of the week, day or night, Bob responded quickly and with meaningful responses. I highly recommend Bob and RRC, truly the best contractor I have ever worked with.

Bob is a conscientious project manager. He's available and responds very well. He looks for economical solutions for his clients. We are very pleased with everything he did for us and would recommend him to family and friends.

We know him as “Picture Bob”. After meeting with six different contractors we ended up with Bob at Robinson Residential. The other contractors told us what we wanted to hear but never could deliver on specifics. Bob would meet with us and not say a lot, but he was listening to what we wanted and would always follow up with a computer design of what he heard my wife and I say. What made the CAD designs so valuable is that it put my wife and I on the same page. What made this valuable for Bob is that he could price our project accurately which was also good for us. Seeing what the project would look like before we started really made us comfortable working with Robinson Residential. Bob also ran the project like a professional. Everything was spelled out beforehand and was executed as planned. His draw requests had the summary of what was paid to date along with all receipts and phases of work. Bob gets outstanding marks for an elegant livable screened porch project well done. Specific accolades include: -Accomplishing our goals, in budget- What we initially wanted to do was not in our budget. Bob was creative and open-minded about several options that significantly cut our costs to make the project feasible. Bob was the fifth contractor we talked to about this project, and the only one that was able to meet all our goals and keep us within our budget. His design software let us see the project before breaking ground, and he tweaked it several times to encompass all the changes we implemented to be cost conscious. -Getting the job done quickly- They finished in under three weeks, and that includes a couple of rain days that slowed things down. -Professionalism of the team- Everyone on the team was courteous, professional, and skilled. -Always asking, "What else do you need?"- Bob is very pro-active about keeping the customer happy. He addressed everyone of our problems with a solution. Even when it questionable whether or not the issue needed to be solved, he pro-actively tackled the issue.

We hired Bob to renovate our kitchen, mud room and laundry area, which included removing and relocating walls to open up the space to our living room, dining room and mud room area. He was a great communicator; responding to texts, emails and phone calls promptly. Bob was helpful in choosing finishes and details by making suggestions at different price points to assist us in making design decisions. He created 3D floor plans and renderings which helped us visualize the finished product. The project was on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Bob and would hire him again.

We are hired Bob Robinson to be the builder for our future home. It was great choice of really professional and honest man! During the year of construction we had experience hight quality knowledge , Creativity and understanding!
