Have worked with Henderson Group, Inc. thru a construction and updating project on my condominium and couldn't have been more pleased with their work. From the time work began to the last day all was handled very professionally. The line of communication was always open. If there was a delay I was told the reason upfront. None of the standard put offs. This company is truly interested in their clients, and it shows in their work. Five ***** all the way!

We chose Henderson Group, Inc. after meeting with two other contractors. Bob and Lisa make a terrific team. They turned our 1500 sq. ft. home into our 3400 sq. ft. dream home. Bob and his contractors were ON TIME with all aspects of the project. The construction took the amount of time we were promised. Lisa was very helpful in assisting me with picking out tile, paint, appliances, lighting, etc. She made multiple trips to different stores with me and was very patient. They were extremely professional during this process. It was very important that I stay within my budget. When I went over my bathroom budget, she found the funds in my mudroom budget and we were able to stay on target. I would absolutely recommend Henderson Group. They were respectful to us and to our neighbors!!!

The Henderson group was very knowledgeable in building an energy efficient, quality custom home . Our budget was taken into consideration and they worked hard to get quality subs within that budget. We were informed of most of the changes or delays in a timely manner and communication was efficient. Lisa was very helpful with kitchen design and the entire design process. Bob hired high quality sub contractors, and any issues that came up were handled directly between he or Lisa. The Henderson Group built a beautiful, custom home for us.

I hired the Henderson Group to do a full kitchen remodel to my small bungalow in Shorewood from June-August of 2013. From the first greeting with Bob (owner), Lisa (designer), Rob (main point of contact and coordinator) and the rest of the Henderson team, I have been nothing but delighted with their services. Although the job by it's nature was extremely disruptive, Henderson did everything possible to make it pleasant for myself and my dog. I was surprised at the frequency at which Bob was on-site, which screamed dedication and passion for the quality of his company's work. I was given a main point of contact in Lisa, who couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. She was clear with deadlines, helpful in managing my task list, present in a lot of my visits to select parts of the kitchen, and very honest and frank with costs and relaying issues along the way. She kept me on task, and was there for me in whatever capacity I needed. Her contacts were innumerable, and it was quite easy to play the role of the customer without all of the confusion associated with these tasks if done alone. And then there was Rob....who ran the day to day show. He was extremely trustworthy, and I often was able to rely on him to give contractors access and handle my spirited dog without me needing to take time away from work. I always knew that if Rob was on site, everything would be fixed. All was done with the highest of quality and integrity. Finally.....it's easy to give compliments when things go perfectly....which my job didn't. There was a malfunction with the new refridgerator, which Henderson immediately owned and managed the fix for me. In addition, there were a few leftover items from the remodel that Henderson took immediate accountability and fixed very quickly. Rob even did a few above and beyond repairs for me, which moved me from satisfaction to delight. I love my kitchen EVERY DAY, and blame Henderson for my happiness. :-) I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I needed anything else, and would recommend them to anyone wanting to do business. The quality of work, excellence of the employees, respect, ease of getting things quickly handled, and ownership of the job at hand were the largest reasons why. Thanks for asking for my feedback. We hired Henderson Group for our design and construction of a modern farmhouse. We were pleased with the general contractor & his staff. The general did a great job managing the work flow with his subs. He was always available either by email or phone & we could count on him to be on the job site daily or sometimes more & if needed on weekends. Along with the decisions of the outside of the house the designer helped with details of the inside of the home such as setting up appointments to pick out selections. We felt we were given a lot of help with attention to detail that made everything go very smoothly. We would highly recommend the Henderson Group to anyone that is building a new house in the Mequon area, they have built us a high quality home.

Fair and honest. Professional in every way. Focused on meeting the needs of their clients. Design professional is very knowledgeable and well informed and up to date on current features and equipment. Competitive pricing on all work and referrals. Easy to work with and very responsive. Sub-contractors are top of the line and very responsive and professional as well. Work was completed on time and within budget. Henderson Group designed and built our home twelve years ago and have recently redesigned and remodeled our recently purchased townhouse. Very satisfied with all of the design and construction work done. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of professional design/build new or remodeling services.

Bob and Lisa make a great team. They were very organized and provided good advice throughout the process. We met weekly during the design and building phases. There was a clear agenda and a reasonable but not overwhelming number of options for each decision. They were available for questions and have been responsive since we moved in to be sure we are satisfied with the project. Ours was a commercial building but I have also heard good reports from those who have worked with them on home construction.

We have worked with the Henderson Group on two projects. The work was done well, on time and within budget. They were always professional. Any problems were immediately addressed. We would choose them again without reservation.

We hired the Henderson Group for an addition of a Master Bedroom and Bath and a total remodel of an existing bath. We are thrilled with the results and went on to use them for an additional smaller remodeling project in the kitchen. Lisa really has the knowledge and experience needed for intricate projects and she is joy to work with. Her attention to detail and follow-up ensured all of our projects went smoothly. We would work with them again in the future should we have additional remodeling or building needs.
