Dan is a self-proclaimed entrepreneur, who brings with him a business and accounting background. Having previously owned his own Construction Company and with over 25 years’ experience in the woodworking industry he has the skills and knowledge to carry out a project from its preliminary design stages to the finished product. Dan is also the operations manager, he works one on one with his designers and sales people and skilled cabinet makers to ensure that quality is always met and that the cabinets are constructed and delivered within the client’s deadline. Thelma Chaves is the senior Interior Design Consultant at BnD. She comes from an interior design and drafting background having studied and graduated from the Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. She has professionally worked in the industry since 2004. Today she is a strong member of the BnD team. She has proven to have an excellent eye for design and recognizes the importance of staying current. She is always enthusiastic about her work and enjoys creating kitchens and bathrooms that are as unique as its homeowners.
