Everyone was really nice and responsive. My in home visit was 2 days after I contacted them. My order arrived in less than the 4 weeks predicted arrival. Install was arranged in a few days. And the installation was quick ( many rooms and many blinds).

We absolutely love our plantation shutters! We had them installed throughout our home and they have made our house look like something out of a magazine! From the front office, to the sales team and the installation, the process went super smoothly! Very satisfied and highly recommend!

We are very satisfied with our blinds from Blind Appeal. They were fast and courteous contacting us to set up appointment to measure and give price shades. In less than a month the shades arrived and were installed. Thank you for the wonderful service
