We are a father and daughter super team in Palm Beach County. From Boca Raton to Jupiter, we provide full custom home renovations. Full kitchen & bathroom renovations, porcelain & marble installations, hardwood & engineered wood flooring installations, custom millwork installations including doors, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting & more, specialty projects such as stone projects & fireplaces, interior & exterior paint and many other home projects. We are committed to giving you exceptional service and a full renovation experience. We love completing projects on time. From the first day that we meet you, we will send you a fully detailed proposal for your entire project. During our pre-walk through we bring in our team to meet you and finalize the key details. would not recommend using this contractor. Work was not done in a satisfactory manner and attention to detail was poor.

very frustrating, first of the carpenters did shoddy work. left the condo dirty every day. Damaged the new frig. communication was horrific. spent many days waiting for them to show. excuses for not showing up from family emergency to numerous hospital visit to traffic would not recommend

Black Gold Contractors did such a beautiful job on my master bath two years ago that I rehired them again in May. The house is in Florida and I live in NY so most of the communication was done via text and email. I ordered the supplies (tiles, wood, toilet etc.) and they either picked them up at the stores or I had it delivered if it was an online purchase. This time Black Gold renovated my guest bathroom, pulled down mirrors in the dining room and replaced with a stone accent wall, backsplashed my kitchen, wood-paneled my TV wall etc. Again an excellent job was done. Throughout the construction, the Black Gold team sent me videos as it progressed. I think it is very important to have trust and open communication with your contractor and that is why I highly recommend Black Gold. They are talented, honest professionals of high quality with very fair prices.

Shessica and Rod are great to work with! Excellent attention to every detail, they think of things we did not even realize. We knew what was and was not included; it is very straightforward with them. They handled the project from start to finish with no problem. They are the pros! Their team is super respectful, neat, and proud of their work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend anyone for their renovation. I could not have done this without them!

Great company to work with. My renovation took exactly 6 weeks to complete. Shessica was always in direct communication with us, her father Rod the owner was always in direct communication with the crew on site. I never had to manage anyone. It was easy communication. There were some changes I requested which they made it easy to accommodate. Anything I added on was a separate cost I had to approve. They always put me in control telling me I was their boss. Renovations are always stressful, but Rod and Shessica make it easy. Would definitely recommend.

Shessica and Rod are amazing and so is their team. Very professional, clean, and caring. They handled our full home renovation - kitchen, baths, flooring, popcorn, and all carpentry. Their estimate was so well detailed and the costs were competitive. A bit high, but I understood why. Because they took care of our home. You don’t usually find contractors that will show up for you. Thank you to all the Black Gold team your work was perfection. We love our home!!

Shessica did an excellent job of designing and coordinating colors for the bathroom. There were some problems with the installation that were not corrected. Shower leaks when the tub is being filled. Grout disappeared because the floor was "spongey" after they were done. Sadly, I paid over a $1,000 for a custom door and the worker drilled a hole through the thinnest portion rather than the thicker part of the frame. They came back out after I was asked to give a revue. Rod came out, looked at the issues and then brought a worker back with him to look at the same issue. Never heard from them again.

Black Gold Contractors did an excellent job in this bath remodel. Unfortunately some plumbing fixtures were defective. We reached out to the manufacture to send out new pieces for us to replace. We then explained to customer they require receipts. We followed up with customer numerous times to make sure they sent in receipts, but never got confirmation. We are still waiting for new pieces to arrive so we can replace!

Very disappointed! Incomplete and unresponsive. I had used them in the past and had been satisfied with both service and quality... not anymore.

This project was for installation of kitchen cabinets only and was 100% complete per contract. At the end, an additional request was brought up by the customer to fix other home repairs that were done by a previous company. Black Gold mentioned we'd be be more than happy to fix all repairs, but for an additional cost, of course - as it would take more time, labor, and material. When additional cost was presented to customer, customer decided not to go through with final repairs and was disappointed to hear that additional repairs would have a cost.

The people at Black Gold Contractors could not have been anymore professional. They communicated with us on every level. They completed our bathroom remodel on time, on budget, and never made us anxious about one thing I would be happy use them again, and definitely will recommend them.

Wonderful customer service and follow up. Efficient and hardworking crew. Shessica was on site frequently during the two week project and easily accessible. She has great human relation skills, good design sense, and is an experienced adviser. Her father, the owner of the company, was often on site, inspecting the work and seemed to be an experienced hands-on expert in the field. They helped me in preparing my house for sale. And did an excellent job. Their quotes in advance of the work were reflected accurately in the final invoice. They finished the job as expected in a timely manner. I would definitely consider hiring them again.
