BKA is a fantastic firm to work with. Professional at every level of the project. They worked hard on providing a suitable DA package for a tight developer market and are still providing a high level of service through the CC & construction stages. As a development firm, we are really impressed with the level of care and detail, providing a fantastic product for the market, while meeting price points. We have now used them on several projects and are impressed with the consistently high level of service and product.
