POOR QUALITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Called Binsky's Home Service division because my sewer line separated underground. They immediately responded, diagnosed the issue, and provided a competitive quote for the work. Unfortunately the experience was downhill after that. They subcontracted the work to ACE plumbing who caused thousands of dollars in damages to my property throughout the replacement. Getting in touch with Binsky's plumbing service manager was a nightmare, had to continuously call their front desk and hope that I'd get a call back. After multiple calls he finally came out to see the problems himself but failed to get anyone to show up and rectify them requiring me to hire other contractors to fix the issues.

Tom was personable and professional. He explained everything and made it clear what he did to our furnace. Since he had to go in and out of the house he put a drop cloth down between entrance and basement door. Everything seems to be working well! Thanks

Dennis S. is outstanding he worked until he got m heating issue resolved. This was a nightmare job as with each troubleshooting he did another error presented itself. Dennis collaborated with team members to help him as needed. I am so grateful to him as a person with congestive heart failure and on Plavix getting cold is not healthy for me and he understood my blight. He is an extremely pleasant and kind based upon my experience with working on my system I am going to recommend the company to 2 families I know of that are looking for heating and cooling needs. Dennis's customer service is what makes a company great thank you for his service.

I had been having trouble finding a plumber who would show up and do a proper job. When I called Binsky, they immediately responded, scheduled me, and Ray Reyes showed up to do the work. He was careful and professional and even wore booties over his shoes to keep my home clean. I'll definitely ask for him when I need a plumber again. The faucet looks nice and works well.

This time his assignment was a regular season maintenance, but I asked him to do a dryer van cleaning, so he took care of this. Dennis is not only a friendly and smiling parson, but he is a professional who is in this business for 30 + years. So I give him 5 starts here.

Poor customer service, does not keep appointments - has cancelled appointments after I've taken a day off from work to be home for them. As you can tell from the 5 star reviews, they are very prompt with SELLING customers new equipment (I spent over 10,000 for a new AC/furnace) but is not reliable for regular scheduled maintenance. I've been patiently suffering with this for the last 4 years, and today was the last straw - after sitting here for over 2 1/2 hours waiting, no more. I'm done.

Nick and his team at Binsky Home diagnosed and repaired our heating and hot water systems with the highest technical expertise that we have experienced in dealing with similar vendors. Our system is complex, large and unique involving multiple boilers, HW tanks, and a computer that is the master control. For the past 5 years the system was not satisfactorily performing and two other vendors tried and failed to diagnose the problem. Binsky diagnosed the problems on the first visit and then designed and installed new piping and new computer to remedy all the problems. The heat and HW now are perfect: non-stop heat and hot water!

Kenny was very professional, courteous and efficient. He kept the work area clean and was very careful not to damage any walls while removing the old and installing the new water heater. He answered all my questions and explained to me the installation process. He also made sure everything is working as it should before leaving. I will use Binsky Home for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Kenny for the great work!
