I had Joe incorporate an enclosed 5 x 15 porch and built a deck into my kitchen eleven years ago. Not only was the work his staff did of the highest quality, he suggested a bay window that significant;y improved the size of the space and let in the light. I couldn't have been happier with the results and I am now asking him to remodel other parts of my house. His staff is professional, courteous and timely. Though he may not have been the lowest cost contractor, I can wholeheartedly recommend him for any project one wants done well.

Billingham Built was hired for a fairly extensive renovation of our home, which included a new roof, kitchen, laundry room, master bath, and two additional new baths. Also, there was a great deal of cosmetic work to be completed. However, the project became massive when the house flooded...twice over a seven month period. Joe, ever ready to meet a challenge, suggested we look into the possibility of moving the house up and out of the flood plain. He took charge immediately and saw to every detail involved with local government, the Army Corps of Engineers, environmental issues, and finding, then collaborating with the right people to accomplish the relocation of the house. It was clear that Joe was highly motivated and enthusiastic about the project, which might have not been the case with a different contractor. In short, Joe loves his work. The end result could not have been better. I might add that the project was completed long distance. We were confident in Joe and his team every step of the way, even though we were on site only every six weeks. We were in good hands. With Billingham Built, a client can count on vast experience, integrity, deep pride of workmanship, honesty, dependability, expertise, and fairness. We would not consider hiring any other contractor.

Although this was a small project, it was given complete attention and priority. The workmanship was excellent as were the professionals who completed the job. I would definitely use Billingham Built again.
